I am SO SO happy I stumbled upon your channel! I started your videos in June of 2017. At that time, I was dealing with depression and severe anxiety. I HATED looking at myself in the mirror and I finally decided to make a change. I am now doing Yoga/Pilates 6 days a week and eating clean. It has made SUCH a difference and I am not ashamed to look at myself anymore. I love the changes and when people ask me what I did i always tell them about your channel and how I stuck with it and it works! :) Thank you so much for your videos! :)

I am also happy to find out this channel when i decided to start yoga, before i did fitness workouts. But in this channel i found out soooo many effective workouts, they burn Your muscles but it is pleasant at the same time. Thanks Juliana 😘😘😘
Been using your videos since 2020, I tend to stick to the bums and tums. I am 56 and haven’t found any other workouts that I can stick to or that actually work. Highly recommended though be careful if your not advanced, look to start low key first and the grace will follow! Be patient don’t rush! 👍❤️🌈

Just completed this. This is just what my body needed after waking up not feeling the greatest from lack of sleep. I feel so much better now. Refreshed, my head doesn't hurt nearly as much, and I feel good that I got movement in first thing today. 15 minutes well spent. Thank you so much!

I have never done Pilates or yoga before and found this video in hopes to help my anxiety since my dr recommended me doing so. I loved it despite having to take many breaks. I know I wasn’t doing all the moves correctly but I’m going to keep trying and hopefully get better because it felt amazing and made me sweat! The instructor is so graceful and she does a wonderful job. I’ll have to try some easier videos of hers and keep coming back to this one.

Keep an intention next to your mat. You see it every day and get to imagine how to implement it that day. Formulate an intention, not a goal: something to do, not some result you want. Smile each time Juliana smiles at you (now that will improve your mood), or basically whenever you meet someone's gaze. Speak the truth or at least don't lie. Know, that pain is inescapeable, so you can as well make it about something. Love the process and watch the results, don't cling to them, just watch them. Breathe. I’ve been to Sedona !! I even climbed the mountain it was a experience I’ll never forget! Also I’m new to Pilates and this was so fun !! I love the stretching, the breath work, the abs and glutes all in one with yoga! I do those workouts everyday using separate videos it’s amazing to target everything in one video you’re amazing !!
Fun little 15 minute refresher. I always look for things to do after sitting at the computer, and this was perfect. An interesting blend of non-traditional Pilates, yoga, and a few moves that came right out of classic mat. Nice! I recommended it to my yoga students as I am always trying to have them take up a little Pilates as well. Thanks!

I've been doing yoga and Pilates for a few years now and recently started doing about an hour of your videos every morning. Sooooo I thought I had some good strength in my abs...but for some reason this video burned like crazy!! And I love it! All the right moves!😉
loving your videos! it seems that this is a lifestyle for you and not just one thing you do so your aura is very helpful. i appreciate the workouts, the focus on breathing, the gentleness yet challenging (sometimes extremely challenging!) workouts. this is my third time following this video and i feel i can do even more. I do only what I can (to my fullest capacity) knowing I will be able to do more over time and consistent effort and I am starting to experience this! thank you for what you do!
Wow I came across bohobeautiful as wanted something low impact for my rest days! I have fallen in love with pilates and never imagined my abs would hurt so much after this session! Going to do something every day and hopefully will see some difference soon!
