Hands down best exercises . I don’t like jumps and not fan of HIIT . This one is a killer . I’m dedicating myself to this one for every day / 3 month . Will come back with updates .

Good morning. I'm writing you from Italy, so please, be kind with my mistakes... I've bought a gym bar for Christmas and now it's an entire week that I do your pilates bar exercises every morning, I was operated at my right knee in November and I'm at home yet, so I can't do every exercise you propose, but I love them sooo much. And I want to continue when I'll be back to work. Thank you

My first Pilates bar workout ever and initially I thought this would be easy but boy I was wrong! It was challenging for a beginner like me but doable and, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thankful to have come across this video! The pace, your tone and encouragement throughout the video helped me push to the end before I died on the floor dripping in sweat 😂 highly recommend!

So glad to have found your pilates bar videos as I recover from breast cancer surgery. I was missing my pilates classes so much and now I feel like I'll be able to make a smooth return to the studio. I'd love some standing ab workouts in the future. Thank you!

This workout was amazing. This is my first time doing Pilates and using a Pilates bar at that. This was very challenging for me but in a good way. I could literally feel every stretch with every movement made. I was sweating lol! I feel great after too. I don’t feel overly exhausted like I can’t walk. But I can tell I’ve worked out. I will definitely be subscribing and following your videos.

I did this workout today & was amazed by the amount of burn (in a good way) I felt in a short period of time. My triceps definitely need some work but looking forward to repeating this to get them stronger.

Donna, I would like to do some repetitions in these! I’m doing 12x3 but getting a little confused on what is the actual exercise, on the ankle lifter, should I one squat to both sides? Don’t know if this made sense LOL

Loved the workout! Thank you. Are there any knee friendly workouts with the bar? 2 acl surgeries and my knees say no but I still want to be fit and loss weight. 😪

This was great. I have bad...bad knees and so the squatting part of the exercise was hard for me to do...I had to modify and just stand. Any suggestions that I can do when it requires squatting? Thank you.

Hi Kimberley firstly massive well done, living with ‘bad’ knees can be very frustrating & challenging but I admire your determination to keep moving 🙌🙌. When we squat I want you to stand with your feet hip distance apart and focus on standing on one leg driving your other knee up towards your chest, using your core , breath out and then return that foot to the floor and then drive the opposite knee up. Alternate knees x8 each side . Then you can stay stood on the same leg/ foot and raise the same knee x8, then repeat x8 on the opposite side. Hope this helps. Really focus throughout on your posture, long spine, core engaged. Whilst doing these exercises hold the bar in front of you 👍👍👍👍

It was the first time I tried doing this and it was really challenging for a beginner like me. Had to pause the video couple of times to breathe properly. My question is how can I lessen the chances of getting dizzy after every session? It's my first time experiencing it.

Focus on your breathing , make sure you are well hydrated and the room is well ventilated. Rest when you need to. Enjoy xx

Would you recommend using it with shoes or without shoes? On instructions it says never exercise barefoot..

I think it’s down to personal choice … as you can see in my video I don’t wear shoes. I would recommend you try it with and without and see what works best for you xx

Hi Sheleen …. I love pilates and do more Pilates than any other form of exercise but do also like to mix things up. I run a couple of times a week…. getting more steps in and being outdoors either walking or running makes a huge difference to your fitness. I also enjoy a couple of strength sessions, either own body weight or using weights x Thank you for your kind words. I love that you loved the workout xx

It really is up to you , I’d recommend 3-4 workouts a week, add in a variety of sessions to challenge your body and muscles in different ways. Revisit each workout weekly it fortnightly and you’ll soon start to see and feel the progress you are making as you build strength and your stamina increases x 🥰

Hi Julie … thanks for commenting . Whenever we are moving during a Pilates class I will always remind clients to engage their core …. Glutes and abdominal muscles to create stability and build strength. When we use the pilates bar … even in a standing position our core will be engaged to ensure correct posture and control . Give the workout a go and let me know how it’s goes . There are lots of workouts on my channel that specifically focus on building stronger abdominal muscles . Enjoy 💪 xx

I hope this works because I've tried so many RU-vid videos and I always end up hurt. I love the focus part of Tabatha; the slow but steady rhythm and the bar give enough tension through the strings to work my muscles without feeling aggravated. Love you and I hope to keep working out with you. I was sweating!
