Lucy, I have a few Pilates subscriptions and this is at the top, the tippy top! Everything about this session was top notch... the instruction, the reminders, the workout and what i now find important, the videographer that is able to show the full exercise. The close ups and the different angles are super helpful. BRAVO!!!!!!! Can’t wait to try the next one!!! Thank you!!!
