This video demonstrates pilates exercises that are suitable for those with scoliosis.
This 32-minute class focuses on relieving tension and improving alignment and posture. You should have something comfortable to lie on, like a mat.
Regular pilates practice can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.
If you're recovering from an injury or have a health condition, speak to a GP before following these classes.

Very easy to memorise so you don't have to listen to her repeating the awful word 'scoliosis'. I found these exercises very helpful once I'd memorised them and could do them quietly.
