Thank you!! That was an amazing 30 min workout. I usually don’t feel like I got enough in 30 min workouts, that one I did. I don’t have a light spring so doing that class with one heavy was a tough workout. Especially the beginning core!! Wow. Awesome!
Love this - quick question - is there an advantage to doing the kickbacks/ext rotated hydrant/squat move on the box at the side over doing it on the reformer carriage?
