Great class. May I make one suggestion….perhaps add a few more reps in each exercise.By the time I start to feel my muscles engage and start feeling a bit of burn it’s over and we are moving to the next thing and I’m not getting the full benefit of the exercise. Loved all the exercises in this class just needed more time to work intentionally.

pls show lots of glute work giving a lot of attention to them and stand up side view. hands on thighs, hips, low low back, glutes. Glute bridges, low lunges, countdown intense, saying "up and down" "pulse" "pump" "squeeze" release" "tiny little one inch" pulsing legs and glutes please
