Very nice, Karen, thank you so much! Excellent choice of exercises, feel it allover the body,including arms. I personally find magic circle do the trick for me: I feel the effect very deep in my muscles. This is how I ran across you and I found your exercises with a magic circle to be the best ones on youtube. Then I've found out there is so much more to you!!!...:)))
