Annie, Can you recommend the best exercises to help with bat wings, under my arms. The arms look tone ,until I do hammer curls and bicep curls with my arms up in the air. I’m 67 , I work out everyday, this is my problem area. Have a good weekend! Should I increase weight?
any exercises will work. working out is 10% of getting to where u want. make sure youre eating protein to help build the muscle so the fat burns and goes away.
Hi Annie! I like to do a 2lb. weight video (I have tried increasing to 3lb. but it's surprisingly brutal, LOL) then do one of your no weight videos. Currently I have been "off track" (travelling and not working out at all for the past month and a half) so the one video at a time is enough for now as I build back up! So glad I found you and these workouts...they are perfect for me.
Here's a question for you, there's the, "no pain, no gain'" mindset. Me, if I'm a bit sore, not in pain, I'm going to do exercises every other day. Am I wrong to do this? I appreciate your input ❤😊

Hey Annie! Another awesome workout ❤ love the burn 🔥 💪 Ive literally done all your workout videos and I mix them up and do a few every other day . They are all I use. Yesterday I done this arm workout, followed by your inner thigh and glute workout from week 3 of your leg workout challenge, then done your 10 minute cardio blast then week 1 of your arm workout challenges when you were pregnant with Poppy ( when your in california) just to finish it off 🤩 aching today! 💪 Im looking into getting a treadmill or bike or maybe joining a gym to use one to get more cardo in as I always workout in my living room. So if your doing any more cardio workouts soon that would be fab! 😉 Ive really slacked the last few months, the last time I wrote to you on your channel I was feeling how you were at christmas in your vlog , I was in a really low point, hated my job, hated everything about myself, felt rubbish all the time but my new years resolution was to look after myself, not just my husband and little one. Feel like I'm myself again.but now I feel healthier, happier, changed my job , treated myself to new make up, getting good workouts in now because my work patterns changed so I have more time for them now as im not working so many hours. So yeah, thank you Annie! You helped me get back to feeling better and me again. You look amazing and your so inspiring with 2 kids! How are you feeling now? You didnt feel yourself in your xmas vlog? How did the potty training go with Poppy? Any tips on potty training? Another great workout! I like the 2 small ones. Especially after driving the big school bus everyday...sometimes my arms are exhausted...that's when I may only get 1 small in. I also injured shoulders 2 years ago but I fight through everytime 😊

Hi. I am always doing two of your arm workouts. I start off with the heavier one and then the lighter. Therefore some more workouts over 10 minutes would be very appreciated. I love them a lot and you have a wonderful way. Thanks a lot. Wish you lots of success

I only do your arm exercises ❤. I try to do them 5 days a week depending on how much time I have. The lighter weight workouts are harder for me than the heavy ones, I try and do both ❤
My mom and I enjoy doing your workouts! We like adding on some of your light arm workouts to some lower body work. Appreciate all that you do! We'll be looking forward to more videos from you. 😊
I generally do two at a time. Can do a light arm, then heavier weight workout or in addition a leg or total body. Always start with one of your ab workouts. Great workouts Annie.

I always loving seeing that you’ve posted a new routine, and this is another great one, Thanks Annie, and you are looking as excellent as always! I do most of my fitness back to back (around 2 full hours of several routines anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes each) then a couple more after a late lunch (around 1 more hour) then stationary cycling (30 mins) and indoor walking/light jogging (30 mins) after dinner before bed. I do a lot just because fitness has become my life. It’s for health and heart plus body and mind. ❤❤
