I've been working out with you for 5 years Annie. Love your workouts and your big smile. The only thing I wd love for you to do is not go as fast with the 5 lb weights as you do with 2 and 3 lb. You are an inspiration. You have lost all your post baby far and you look fantastic. Thank you Annie.
Love it. Just completed in my cubicle at work during lunch. I used 3 lbs weights (need to get a set of 5lb for the office). Plan to repeat again at 3 PM for the afternoon slump. Thank you Annie: Instead of going to the vending machine during breaks, I am reaching for my weights and an Annie T video!
Will try this one now but I developed a shoulder issue and so shall go lightly with 2 kg (4.4 lb) weights. I had frozen shoulders (yes, both shoulders!) a few years ago and my shoulders tend to want to freeze up again and again so I need to be careful. 4 weeks and 8 attempts, still haven't been able to finish this one! So if you don't get through it, don't be discouraged :) My progress (in time remaining): 5:42, 5:34, 5:11, 5:09, 5:10, 3:56, 3:20.

Great workout, Annie! I had my 3 pound weights to go to if I couldn't stay with you with the 5 pound weights. However, this 63 year old stayed with you using the 5 pound weights. I'm feeling quite accomplished. I will be sore! Thanks!
