Hi Pilates Lovers,
It feels so good to be back! I have regained the strength in my back, and am ready to bring you guys more Pilates workouts in 2019!
The small ball is one of my favourite little tools to add some resistance, and aid in building good Pilates form. Don't stress if you don't have a ball though - you can use a small cushion, or you can do with no prop at all.
I hope you enjoy this workout, and as always I'd love to get your feedback.

Lisa Reilly my facet joint locked under too much load in a squat. My trainer unfortunately overloaded me but I should have known better. I am all good now thankfully 😍

I loved this! I found this beautifully moderate through the whole thing, except the section on the tummy with the ball under the breastbone: that mid-and-upper back work is very challenging for me! Thank u!

Beautiful practice, great cueing as always, it is wonderful to have you back! I am recovering from a back injury as well; two bulging lumbar discs and an annular tear. Staying active and being strong prior to injury has aided my recovery so much! I'm so glad to hear you are doing better!

You are so sweet and precise.thank you for the inspiration..i wish you gave us some recovery sciatica sequence .(.p.s i ve noticed that squats helped me somehow with my sciatica injury)

Stavros palt Sciatica pain is so unpleasant. I find rolling helps as it releases the fascia but can be very painful 😖

@@AngesPilates thank you so much..i suppose increasing muscle strength and tgen rolling on a foam roller might help i guess right?

Stavros palt sciatica pain can be a result of lower back glutes or hamstring tightness. I would suggest releasing all these areas. This can be done through foam rolling or seeking advice from a professional. Hope this helps!
