Hi Pilates Lovers,
It feels so good to be back! I have regained the strength in my back, and am ready to bring you guys more Pilates workouts in 2019!
The small ball is one of my favourite little tools to add some resistance, and aid in building good Pilates form. Don't stress if you don't have a ball though - you can use a small cushion, or you can do with no prop at all.
I hope you enjoy this workout, and as always I'd love to get your feedback.
