Beautiful flying with auto pilot and panic during waiting for a moment when auto pilot can be swtich on :D

Only so professional 'cos they NOW all follow the International SOP, (standard operating procedures), that have been fine tuned from previous, unprofessional, (shoddy, overtired, hung over, drunk, drugged, inattentive, blazee) cockpit operations, that resulted in dozens of fatal crashes, with the loss of thousands of lives. You sure don't want to see that CRASSSHH series. Me? A Rtd. Airline Check. Capt. and the Pilot Union Rep at air crash investigations.

@@TommyTCGT No, SOPs are merely, SOPs...Professionalism is a personality. Flying commercial light aircraft for instance, can be very lacking in SOP & corporate policy. But, a pilot can still conduct themselves very professionally, as I have experienced first-hand. Following SOP doesn't define "professionalism", it is merely one of the many facets of it. If you really are all those things, then I'm surprised that you'd write in the way that you did. At least, that is according to my point of view and limited experience, as a current Airline Captain.

@@sigsauersean She loves her career. From the age of 5 years, she would say, I want to be a pilot. We had Doctors and Engineers in our family, but no pilots. We can never figure out what made her want to be a pilot!

My daughter from been little always wanted to be a dentist,she got offered places at uni and then decided to work for ambulance service. My son is a scientist. One very proud mum

It's getting easier by the day to fly those planes. Back in the 50's and 60's these women wouldn't dare to step into the cockpit.

Females are a lot more efficient in space. They don't consume nearly as much as males in food, O2, water and they're of course every bit as smart. The only thing they lack is physical strength but they're not digging ditches out in space either.

Because the are very well trained egyptian crew of Egyptair ...and it's not a new thing for egyptian women as the first women who drove a plane in the middle East and africa was an egyptian woman called lotfeya elnady ..moreover the egyptian men and women pilots well know for their smooth landing in the world

Yeah maybe but they selected wrong engine display mode (with compromised N2, oil etc indication). Lower DU will not pop up after an engine failure during TO. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I learned.
