game rules philosophy between say Venom and 007 are so different. 007 has one multiplier rule and can be used in many places (modes, multiballs, etc) to cash in big points, and there's a risk/reward to when to cash in those multipliers vs building them. Venom IMHO is so much more opaque; there's characters to pick and multiple multiplier rules and an entire order of operations and IMHO is not nearly as exciting to watch tournamentwise.
Good? They’re incredible. What really amazes me is their level of control in multiball. It’s not that hard to learn the basic techniques in single ball play, but to keep track and control of multiple balls is so difficult and they make it seem so easy. Btw there’s a video on the papapinball channel of Escher from 10 years ago (playing Dracula against Bowden and Werdrick) and you could already see just how talented he is.
@@kristofvandycke6687 agreed I have a Rush pro and the way they can tap pass them into position with all 3 balls cradled in multiball is super impressive
