Donna Hi ... hope you're having a great day ... If I may , I believe if you assembled your ingredients displayed together & announced them all in the beginning of video as most other cooking channels do it would help us to know what the list is easier & would also make your video look more professional than pulling them from cabinets as needed & opened instead of already open & assembled in proper amounts in Ramekins ready to be put in... You are a good baker , your video presence should reflect that .... I did enjoy your video tutorial very much , I love pineapple upside-down cake , one of my favorites.... 🍍🍍🍍🍒🍒🥮🥮🥮
This looks so yummy 🤤😋 Saturday we are having a baby shower for my brother in law and his wife their first baby 🍼👶 so iam make this for the party but instead these pans iam get the jumbo muffin pans so i can make individual upside down pineapple cakes so thank you for this video iam practice in a pan tomorrow just to eat one and pray it comes out as good as urs lol 🥰🖤
@@inthekitchenwithdelightful7666 🥰thanks I can't wait to be a aunt again so excited and I tried it in 2 lil pans just to try I made one pan for my house and the other for my mother in law and sibling in laws and they loved it and my new sister in law the mother to be loved it so iam so excited to bake these for the surprise baby shower Saturday thank you again it came out sooooo good 🤤🖤
Because it has to be baked this way...!!!!! Otherwise the pineapple will not bake properly & stay on top of the cake right & the brown sugar glazing will not stay on the top with the pineapple & cherry it will just run all down the sides & leave you with a dry overbaked pineapple with zero glazing ... When baked a little longer or a slightly higher heat the brown sugar should actually brown a little more , but the cake should be baked exactly as she showed & demonstrated here in her video....Also , if you desire even a little more / darker top you can also add a little dark molasses to the brown sugar Or add a quarter to a half teaspoon baking Soda to the brown sugar to help with browning on top , or even bake without the cookie sheet under the cake pans to get a little more direct heat to bottom of cake pans while baking...But , like I said Fruit & Glazing MUST go in first on the bottom ...
