Amazing. Analogous to the rise of The Beatles in some similar ways, but was more of an organic evolution in majestic soundscapes. Love The Beatles but Floyd redefined all musical boundaries and the blueprint of music. Many other musicians/bands have also broken the "rules" simultaneously. Way too many to list but here we go. Verse, chorus, verse, obsolete. They broke the rules and constraints of music theory. Weird combo but must say, The Cure, David Bowie, The Orb, Radiohead and many others adhered to this esthetic and follow suit. Floyd weren't the 1st to deviate from the norm but they certainly deserve their place in the annuals of music history.

Thete was a nice,melodic JAM from the COMMITTEE LP,right after the CHIRPING BIRDS,that reminded me of a long lost Floyd song I heard on the radio 31 years ago. This long lost Floyd track was 5 minutes long or so and had an upbeat baroque-like keyboard melody and a trippy guitar solo with few lyrics. Does anyone know what this song's title might be?

i love how they can play the same song and it sounds different every time. it is like hearing the song for the first time over and over. beautiful, pure sublime ecstasy for the ears and mind and soul. It is a mind trio even sober and if your tripping, cant you feel God all around you, everything lives in a beautiful circle of life full so complex, from the solar system to our DNA, its more than i could every comprehend. i know God Created us. There is no way it could all be at random ''the big bang".
