At those speeds I would go with a dodger. They wobble more than flashers do at slower speeds

What size flasher do you recommend for kayak fishing? Would a 4 inch work?

I fish in the Fraser river and last year all I used was a 8ft medium/heavy shimano rod with the shimano sienna 4000rd 12 ib mono maxima ultragreen and a Gibbs 3/8 croc. Worked great..
