Thanks for the video Akshay. I replaced white salt with Sendha namak and I have loved this. If at all we have to choose one we can go with this even if doesn’t make a huge difference

Umm... It's not About being Misleading, Its About It Being Natural and Less processed And More natural Processed Food. But i don't know Why Less processing Is more costly? Well Whatever Maybe he thinks That Food with any chemical added is not good Because of Seeing Processed Food and Instinctively Reject More processed Food, In newer video he admitted that Salt Is better than Before, Meaning The Bleaching agent or anti-caking was different Before and Now it's somewhat Okay. That Video is older and another is Newer. As long as you Eat fresh food and Use moderate Amount of Salt, It is fine i guess?

And they says these RO purifer kill all essential bacteria and minerals nikal dete hain. I am with you on your crusade, just an observation. Black salt is not just sea salt, authentic Indian black salt is prepared from a long process of roasting sea salt with various herbs in sealed earthen pots. This it gains black colour and distinctive taste. Just this minor correction, rest you are bang on. Keep up the good show. Atleast there is someone to guide the youth properly in the right direction

Rock salt (sendha namak) thanda hota hai aur table salt garam hota hai. Jab rock salt furnace me garam karte Hain tab kala namak ban jata hai. Mai 4 saal se use karna shuru kiya. Mai pehle pasine me nahata tha. Ab Puri garmi me aur dhup me muze khada Karo , jara bhi pasina nahi ayega. Agar sendha namak duniya ne use karna shuru kiya to almost 80 % beverage and cooling appliance industry ko tala lag jayega. Table salt ki vajah se bohot companies ko phyada ho Raha hai. Ayurveda me sendha namak ke gun diye hain.

Can u also cover which one is good refined or unrefined salt. Coz perviously people use to consume unrefined salt, and why refining process is done. And is anti caking agent is good or bad for health. And why now a days more people are suffering from thyroid problems as compared to before. Is there a link between salt and thyroid. Coz previously salt were not fortified. And still people where fine but now a. Days people a have many problem
