Tips: Tanggalin mo rice, sweets, bread and junkfoods tapos kahit 30mins workout lang per day promise papayat ka 👌🏻 breakfast ko 2 boiled egg, 1 banana and almond milk tas lunch puro meats nako with some veggie but no rice then dinner repeat ng kinain ko sa breakfast tas workout for only 20 to 30mins. I used to be a 60kg but after 2 months I'm 54kg and my waist line used to be 30 now 26 nalang 😊 guys keep pushing lang consistency and discipline to ur self is the key 👌🏻😉

Mahirap din kasi ang diet lalo na't ang mamahal at kadalasan hindi available yun mga suggested fresh foods. Kaya masarap sigurong tumira sa Baguio o Tagaytay, kasi mura lang ang mga fresh produce at healthy pa ang hangin bukod pa sa marami pang ideal na takbuhan .

yiu can eat every 3 hours little portion if u crave for sweets grab a piece of grapes or apple. but first of all if u have junk foods in your house throw it away but make sure first yhat you are ready to change.

Do Intermittent fasting , avoid snacking, eat more proteins and good fats , nuts, get carbs only from veggies, no more rice, bread, pasta at iba pang carbohydtaes foods, no more sugar, or any sweets, trust me pag ginawa nyo to kahit hindi kayo mag exercise ng todo papayat at papayat kayo. Hindi po nakukuha sa sobrang exercise ang pagpapapayat kung hindi babaguhin ang mga kinakain

This is so true! I used to be 60kg plus then I started eating less and tinanggal ko talaga yung rice, sweets, bread and snacks. Then nag-woworkout ako 1x a day Monday to Friday kasi I have work so after work ako nakakapag-workout lang then Sat and Sun 2x a day. Now, from 60kg to 53kg plus I have abs na 💪🏻😊

I lost 12 kilos in 3 months. Paano? Di na ko kumain ng kanin, I exercise (HIIT and cardio for 1 hour) 5 days a week and iwas iwas sa sugar and fatty foods. Pero expensive ang healthy diet lalo na if marami kayo sa bahay kasi hiwalay ang pagkain mo. You cannot force the family na chicken, gulay at fish lang lagi syempre gusto din nila ng red meat na ikaw naman, di pwede sayo so hihiwalay ka ng pagkain sa kanila. Mali rin ginagawa ni ate na 6 hours sa gym.. wa epek yan kung di naman tumataas ang heartbeat mo at di ka hinihingal. Wa epek din kung sobrang takaw hehe just eat what you can burn, yan ang sikreto.

Pinaka the best magpaliit ng tyan yung intermittent fasting kahit 16:8 ratio lang tapos TMAD (twice meal a day) nabawas ako ng 4 inches in 19 days.

ang ginagawa ko sir basic cardio for warm up,para maactivate ang mga muscles in preparation for the main exercises tsaka na mag.stretching to cool down,para ma deactivate/relax ang mga muscles 😊

1hr to 1hr 1/2hr every day almost 2months or 1month 3weeks ako nag jogging(walking+running) because of facemask hirap huminga eh haha.. i lost 10kilos.. binawasan ko din kanin ko i eat 3times a day breakfast lunch and 4 or 5pm last meal ko.. kaso tumigil ako dahil dumami covid case kaya pabigat ulit ako haha.. 77kilo to 67. sumting.. ngayon nasa 70 na ulit haha..balak ko na ulit mag jogging kapag mgcq na ulit

6 hours workout a day? that's too much! 1 and a half hours pwede na yun. And carbs is not the enemy. Sa portions lang magkakatalo.

Intermittent Fasting is the key po. 66kg ako nung January, dropped to 58kg. Malaki ng bawas na sakin yung 8kg especially dati na hirap na hirap nako magbawas kahit isang kilo lng na timbang. Watch Dr. Eric Berg videos, he's a life changer po. Skl hehehe

@@maxenfer4267 Hello, mga April po nag start na 58kg na po yung timbang ko from 66kg nung January. And hindi na po sya tumaas kahit nag stop nako mag fasting ngayong May. Legit sya. 😊

Grande Babies belly fat is the most stubborn fat to remove. ano ba klase kinakain mo?? do you lpve drinking alcohol or soda? what about frappuccino or milk tea? remove lahat yan. change it with every 3 hours snall portion dish and then tons of water pag crave ka sweets then grab some fruits to munch in. instead of smoke or fried grill or boiled are the best.

Ako almost 4 months nako nagdidet nag didirty fast ako 16hrs fasting tapos minsan dinako nagkakanin may nakita naman akong difference ang mahalaga lang talaga sa diet kung dika nagmamadale tuloy tuloy lang basta alam mong nagbabawas ka naman ng kinakaen.

Pwede kayo mag burn ng calories kahit sa bahay lang mag exercise, just do mountain climbers, jumping jacks at lower ab exercise basta consistent lang at proper diet.

Kung kayo belly fat ang problema. Ako po boobs ang problema. Di ako mataba, di rin ako payat, tama lang. Pero yung boobs ko kainis putok ma putok. Nahihiya ako mamasyal o maglakad outside dahil feeling ko boobs ko tinitingnan ng mga tao. Awkward talagaaaaa.....

What I do to loss weight Drink protein Shake breakfast : 1 banana 1/2 non fat milk 1/2 kamote . exercises: 1hour-3hours 20-Push up , 40min Walking or jugging do some house choirs. Lunch: 1/2 kamote 1 apple Dinner: 1 rice (avoid eating fat foods)

Ako nag cacalorie counting.kumakain ako ng breakfast lunch and dinner .kaya d ako gutom.but in over all 800 total calories tapos d na ko kumakain after ng 6pm. 5;30pm ako kumakain ng pang dinner ko.and in 2weeks 3 kg na agad binababa ko . Tapos puro tubig lang iniinom ko.

Dont attempt to eat any kind of bread when dieting, mas gugutumin ka lng ng tinapay. Eat small meals 5x a day. And you need to isolate yourself a little bit because the sight of people eating makes you crave for more.

chubby ako noong teenager, naging normal ang weight in my early 20s... pero nung mag hit ng mid 20s ay tumaba talaga ako especially nagka PCOS ako. Shaks, kahit anong exercise at diet hindi pa rin lels. 2 years na akong vegetarian at nag eexercise, pero parang hindi nag su-surrender ang fats ko haha

ang technique kung gs2 nyo tlga pumayat . 1 hour walking sa treadmill a day , 1 meal a day tanghalian lang with rice , the rest WATER! yan ang gnwa ko in two weeks 5 kilos nawala saken haha! mahirap pero pero kung mggwa mo worth it. kelangan mo lang ng motivation pra magawa dyan. much better kung lalaitin mo saruili mo pra ma motivate ka tlga. kase kung wala ka motivation sa pagpapayat mo useless din sooner or later mwawalan ka ng gana kaya lalamon ka nalang ulet hahah!

The best diet Low carbohydrates vegestables and intermettent fasting..eat protien foods but in moderation and food rich in fats like avocado almond. Avoid sugary foods.

Low carb or keto diet sabayan ng intermittent fasting (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD). Cut down sugars and refined carbs at wag kain ng kain. Lumayo na rin sa mga processed cooking oils like vegetable, corn, canola oils.

i eat organic oatmeal with collagen chocolate peptides powder every morning oftentimes with hard boiled egg, no lunch only snacks on banana with pb or strawberries with non fat yogurt or cottage cheese organic popcorn or other snacks, grilled chicken or beef with veggies for dinner at times with 1cup rice or baked potato, does walking 45-1hr 4x/wk, i lost 10lbs and was able to maintain it, oftentimes i cheat diet once/month

cardio hiit excercise lang yan, 30 mins everyday. more protei and less carbs diet. remove sugar from your diet. pag nareach mo na ang target weight mo, dun kana mag focus sa pagbuild ng muscles.

Try nyo to 2 ingridients honey at cinnamon powder Pakulo kayo tubig 250 ml. Lagay cinnamon 1 tbs at 2 tbs honey. Drink before go to bed.. i just share may experienced thanks.

sabi ng mga mas nakakatanda sakin kailangan 18 years old + ang pwede mag work out like simple work out. Pero ako ginagawa ko since hindi pa ako pwede,tubig lang ako ng tubig and puro green tea 3 sa isang araw

Well, there's no age limit if you want to work out.In fact it is highly reccomended to work out at the young age but the intensity of your work out is base on your age.

Wag na wag kayo mag cra crash diet or may mag fasting kasi nakaka bato yan sa apdo. Pag nagkabato kayo sa apdo, ayan papayat talaga kayo. Dahan dahan sa pagpapapayat. Dapat slow lang.

stone heart nope , that is wromg you can eat rice but eat white and not with extra though. white rice is easir to digest than brown. yiu can eat every3 hrs little portion everytime . work out will burn cslories and water weight right away . cardio first, then work on weights.

u can eae veggies and fruir but meat wil make you strong fit so do not remove meat in your diet. we need that much better yhan powdered protein

Moderation is key! It also helps to avoid sugar (even some fruits are high in sugar) and fried food, and drink plenty of water..
