This is so true! I used to be 60kg plus then I started eating less and tinanggal ko talaga yung rice, sweets, bread and snacks. Then nag-woworkout ako 1x a day Monday to Friday kasi I have work so after work ako nakakapag-workout lang then Sat and Sun 2x a day. Now, from 60kg to 53kg plus I have abs na 💪🏻😊
I lost 12 kilos in 3 months. Paano? Di na ko kumain ng kanin, I exercise (HIIT and cardio for 1 hour) 5 days a week and iwas iwas sa sugar and fatty foods. Pero expensive ang healthy diet lalo na if marami kayo sa bahay kasi hiwalay ang pagkain mo. You cannot force the family na chicken, gulay at fish lang lagi syempre gusto din nila ng red meat na ikaw naman, di pwede sayo so hihiwalay ka ng pagkain sa kanila. Mali rin ginagawa ni ate na 6 hours sa gym.. wa epek yan kung di naman tumataas ang heartbeat mo at di ka hinihingal. Wa epek din kung sobrang takaw hehe just eat what you can burn, yan ang sikreto.

Ako nag cacalorie counting.kumakain ako ng breakfast lunch and dinner .kaya d ako gutom.but in over all 800 total calories tapos d na ko kumakain after ng 6pm. 5;30pm ako kumakain ng pang dinner ko.and in 2weeks 3 kg na agad binababa ko . Tapos puro tubig lang iniinom ko.

Well, there's no age limit if you want to work out.In fact it is highly reccomended to work out at the young age but the intensity of your work out is base on your age.
