@@Cptnfloat I'm not sure that is a good idea. I know extreme cold is not good for rubber and u want rubber to be soft and flexible.

@julian3vil what do you mean crunches if we don't use threadlocker? Is that the noise emanating from my pintV after changing tire?

@@texanallday Most likely YES! try if the bolts are loose: try tightening them, if they tighten relatively easy = they are loose. Not a good idea to test them by unscrewing them.

@@Julian3vil yes you are right, but i think 1hour in the freezer is not a big thing for the gasket. My gasket was very flexible after i put it out of the freezer. After the freezer i connected it to the box with super glue

I think he will but very limited run. Since no more new xrs are being made by futuremotion, hence less and less xr riders will need modding

@@Kay0Botthis really isn’t accurate and makes no sense to me. As the XR’s get “older” and more abused they get cheaper and more accessible to people. OneWheels are fucking expensive. If it wasn’t for affirm financing I wouldn’t own my Pint, PintX, or GT. I had wait MONTHS to score my used XR for $700 and was disappointed to see how everything is being discontinued for it. To this day owning Four onewheels, the XR is by far the best. Lighter and smaller than the GT and Larger and more comfortable to ride than my pints. Fingers crossed for a GT Compact/Slim/Lite from Future Motion. GT-S or Rally didn’t appeal to me because I already don’t want to lug my GT around.

@wishdrftr xr no longer in production. So no more are being made. Therefore, the stock of xr is finite. XRs are lost due to damage/neglect. Some are converted to vesc using other paths. These are what tony has to consider when deciding how many xr coversion kits to make.

@@Kay0Bot He'll sell a literal ton of XRV's when he releases it. There's a gazillion XRs out there, mostly ridden by die-hards who can't wait to VESC it and eventually put in bigger packs.

Ah v2 bms, gimme another month or so, had to rewrite everything on the bms Because we switched to a low consumption MCU.

Take a photo of every step of the unscrewing/removal process so you can look back for reference when putting them all back together again.

you will be fine take your time don't get frustrated take a break do something else if u get frustrated and make sure to use blue loctite
