You've never been in an upscale bar with a well-trained, suited bartender mixing drinks, have you? That's how they all talk. It is called professionalism. It requires a certain amount of eloquence, and if you're mixing up a $400 drink, you damn well better be explaining to me every aspect of the cocktail, from the booze you're mixing, to the ice cubes you're using, to the glass you're pouring it into. As far as I can tell, Corey seems to be an excellent bartender. Perhaps he seemed a little slow in speech because Pio here seems to have just a ruidmentary grasp on the English language?
