Hey. Sorry but the flx6 does not have a factory reset option. Its utility mode only lets you do this. You can change the following settings in Utilities mode: • MIDI controller mode • Back Spin Length • Fader Start • Crossfader Cut Lag • Microphone sound through the Booth output • Demo mode What's the issue you are having?
@LaVerdad-Deportes is it dead? Try the reset. In most cases, this is a hardware issue. If you have a warranty try to have them fix it. Otherwise open it up and reset the flex cable for that side.
Hey man this is a stretch but do u know how to get my flx10 out of a weird mode. Anytime I turn it on the beat fix screen is the only thing that appears and it gives me options for trim mic display lighting ect… I’ve tried holding back and turning on to factory reset but even that doesn’t fix the issue.
This usually means the issue is board-related. Please check if you still have a warranty since that is your cheapest option? If you don't have warranty I would suggest taking it apart and analyzing all boards, especially the main board for any liquid spill and making sure all cables / flex cables are properly connected and making contact.
Also all leds are working and functional so I do not think it’s water damage; I checked thru holding back and shift with power on but whenever I turn power off and on it takes me back to the fx screen
@xgamerjoe1981 Run the utility mode and check your firmware version. See if you need an update first - www.pioneerdj.com/en/support/software/controller/ddj-flx10/
Channel 2 on my mixer automatically lowers the sound. Not sure why it’s not a hard kill but it’s starts fading down. Would you know why? All the other channels work fine..
