I've got the original Flyfold. Had it for years now. I've gone into the pool, ocean, etc with it. It never really got much softer, but I love the wallet and it still looks clean and elegant even with the abuse I've given it
I love my Matter, in the same color & material as this one. It looks the same as when it was new a year ago. I got sent one with some messed up stitching and Pioneer took care of me and sent me a new one. It doesn't really feel like leather because you can feel the cross-stitch in the fabric but it feels nice and solid.
Can I ask how do you measure price score? E.g. your Kohlesack wallet review which I just checked got 2 stars with the price of $43, it's kinda similar wallet with kinda more features (3 pockets + clip vs just 3 pockets here), while this one got 3 stars with price of $85? Because of the material? Other than that thank you very much for throughout reviews, really deep diving right now into all the options on the market.
Hi Mark great video as always pal! I was really interested in this wallet tbh but when I contacted Pioneer regarding the official release date they told me it would be around the end of Feb 2023? Also I had to take into account the import tax and stamp duty etc to get it shipped over here to the UK. I messaged an Official UK Pioneer dealer about the new 2.0 Wallet and they told me they won't be getting this newer version in stock at all? So I pulled the trigger and just received my brand new Wingback Winston in the Whiskey colourway!!😉
Pioneercarry, a really interesting brand with interesting products! Buuuut... I bought one of their wallets since november 25 and it hasn't arrived yet to my house. I'm from Mexico, in the north of the country, and I buy a lot of things on the internet, but this one is, easily, the worst shipment I've ever had, and It's really sad because I was planning to buy another one for christmas.
Worst wallet I purchased. Absolutely hate the plastic material and the cost is outlandish. Leather like feel? My ass. Please make a offer for my grey original wallet. I will pay the postage.
