I am working with piping for the first time and I was worried because I don't have a piping foot. I do however have an adjustable zipper foot. You made what I feared was going to be so hard to do look easy. THANK YOU!!!
THANK YOU FOR MENTIONING THE ZIPPER FOOT!! I learned how to sew on an industrial sewing machine when I was 14 years old and remembered using a zipper foot for piping. Not every sewer have a piping foot. I know that now presser feet kit's are easily available to buy that includes the piping foot but some sewer don't know that the zipper foot serves the same purpose. 👍🏾👍🏾
I love your video, Christopher!! My New Home 641 actually came with the adjustable zipper foot like you used here in your video. My manual has text and illustration of how to use it. My sister bought me the sewing machine in the beginning of the 1980s for my birthday. I later bought snap-on zipper feet to try, but the adjustable one always wins out over the others!
