Lights the back wheel up in the wet on a powerful bike thats impossible to do isn't it haha, proves absolutely nothing about the tyre but plenty about the rider.
Dam I just installed a Perrelli angel st on the rear of my fz-09 and I thought it was a terrible tire in the rain because it was new and had to brake in . :( fml
Surely you know different now, I had a very old set on my bike and had no issues in the wet at all. As I said below, put any tyre on and ride like an idiot in the rain and that will happen, he's just smashing the throttle on a powerful bike at low speed. Even pro racers will be much more progressive with the throttle, even in the dry.
I have the same tyres, they are OK in the wet, not fantastic but I have no problems, you can feel where their limit is when they get light but just be easy on them they aren't designed for ultra grip in rain and will let go if you hammer the throttle like this video shows especially from a stop, any tyre with better sipes and softer rubber will give good wet feel but they don't last long. Drop the tyre pressure in the wet and they work a lot better.
@@mizaelarroyo3375 you dont have to spend much. I can reccomend the michelin pilot road 4, designef for rain and durability. Down at least 7kkm and still look new and only slipped once in one year in the rain, when i hooliganed 15-40ed in a corner haha.
