Odds are: possibly. Is it consistently shooting that way? It could be various issues ie your trigger squeeze, breathing etc. It could also mean you need to adjust your sights
I have the same issue. It’s not the gun, it’s how the trigger is being pulled. Try dry firing and pay attention to how the sight moves. You’d want the trigger pull to be as steady as possible
@datta1391 Ditto on that. I would first make sure and eliminate trigger technique issues with dry fire, and maybe shooting from a sandbag rest to eliminate any movement. If that fails to fix... Maybe try some different ammo to see if it makes any difference. Also, look at the barrel crown to see if there is any damage/defects. You can also add an adjustable rear sight or just send it back to the factory for service.
