There is a body cam video on youtube of a woman mauled by dogs in Iowa. I think she died. Turns out she entered the home when the owners were not home.
I was glad there was a chainlink fence when the mastiff came up the street at me. I wasn't going to wait and see what his intentions were. I was in my 50's and I got over that thing. Thank goodness it was a corner, and it had a brace halfway up to help me. Then I called my hubby to bring the car and come get me from my "nice evening walk."
My daughter used to work for animal control. Volunteers come to Walk the dogs. one day a pit cost an elderly woman her arm. An experienced dog handler had to choke the dog out. Dogs are a serious responsibility. Raise them right.
@Seattle-2017 It’s not, but is almost universally in garbage leftist hellhole cities like this. Map out the life-threatening and fatal pit bull attacks in the US every year and you will see they aren’t happening in small town America. They’re happening in hellholes filled with scumbags, enabled and encouraged by insane governmental policies that allow scumbags to take over neighborhoods and cities like this.
Don't blame the pit bulls; blame the game. We want what we want, and we're willing to pay for it, but in this case, at the expense of all others otherwise uninvolved in the transactions.
@@ironking76 I was actually wondering about that, too. Where did he go? Also, he said he was trying to use a spray bottle on the pitbulls which is just... lol
@@onceagain6184 Guns are an inanimate object. Dogs are an animal bred to follow an instinctive genetic purpose. PItbull is the only animal on Earth whose primary function for existing is to kill (and not for food), because that is what it was bred for. Reproducing is 2nd because humans bioengineered the bred to exist not nature.
Yes it is. Me and my little dog almost got mauled by 5 pit bulls walking the neighborhood. It's not the dogs fault. They don't know any better. The owners let them run out there free. If it wasn't for a woman that came out immediately after I said GOD HELP ME. And she took the water hose and they ran off. I wouldn't been dead. TYG
I've been stalked by a pitbull that was with a little rat dog. followed and barked at for blocks everyone ignored my calls for help. carry. and don't ever feel bad for following through with the act. the owners are complete garbage and lets the dog run free.
@@harlanjackson6112 Those can help... but dogs are hard to hit in a vulnerable area, because of their coat. We humans have permeable skin and are more sensitive. Maybe we should all start carrying shields and a spike.

When he said he thought he was going to die , is exactly what I felt and screamed as I was being mauled by pitbulls. It's a terrifyingly painful and shocking experience... I grieve the body I had before my experience, I wear long sleeves and pants even in this heat because they disfigured my arms, legs , and hip. God blessed you so much and may God bless your PTSD... ❤❤
Dogs should not be free to roam out bull's bite is as strong as bull shark in ocean thats dangerous I believe they should be used definitely not owned by residents their are dogs that are dangerous but pits probably need more training or it's best used for military not family dog
@@juliaweber212 It's not about pitbull dogs it's about the sort of person who's drawn to them. Many people like that pitties are strong and they train them to be vicious. It's actually difficult, because the breed is naturally very sweet and loving. I'm also suspicious these 2 were not fixed, and that is also common with irresponsible dog owners.
Pitbulls are known to be extremely aggressive and can change from calm to bloodthirsty in a second. They also know for turning of their owners and killing children.@@CBlargh
well, there was no long line of imbecile, useless “social workers” rushing to help the poor guy. this aspect of the event isn’t the main point about what happened. but for those who are outraged more about this, then CA voters can “solve” this like they do everything else, and support laws that ban reporting people that you don’t know in 911 calls. or maybe they can support a law that requires all drivers passing a random entity, to pull over and force them into their car to take them home and give them room and board for life.
Pitbull breeds which are a mixture of many different breeds are extremely loving, intelligent, protective Velcro dogs. That is a fact. Just like humans who can be mean vicious killers there are dogs that can be the same way.
imagine that guy's day. bites all over his body, just had a total adrenaline dump from trying not to be violently ripped apart, doesn't have his phone and the people he is calling out for help are just ignoring him and saying he looks like a burglar. cops show up and are probably treating him like a suspect until they begin to realize there is something more to the story. worst part is the owner responsible probably doesn't have two nickels to rub together so when this guy tries to exercise his God given right as an American to file a lawsuit, nothing's going to come of it. pitbulls probably aren't going to be put down either because San Francisco. I hope this guy takes a nice vacation or something, what a terrible situation.
Angels were w/ that man …..it’s a miracle he was able to save himself 🕊️ his friend was a true friend trying to help….. hopefully he will be blessed w/ health, happiness & peace🕊️
The same thing happened here in Chicago in 2021. Someone's dog snatched off the owners leash and started to chase a dude. The dog was very angry, very agitated, very aggressive, and started to spit so much saliva out of his mouth. The dude had to jump on someone's fence and wait for the owner and police officers to show up with animal control to help the dog it took over 1 or 2 hours to control the dog
I live in Chicago and have a neighbor who walks both of his massive pitbulls on the street with fucking muzzles. Dude doesn't even look confident that he can control those dogs.
I am so tired of people thst claim, "my pitbull wouldn't hurt a fly" just stop, its what they do, attack people. They all need to be outlawed period.....
Those aren't pit bulls. They are American Bullies. Pit bulls don't come in color "blue". Real pit bulls are bred not to bite humans where as American Bullies are bred for protection.
@@mikem.2078not true. There is a reason this breed is banned from most apt complexes, many other places etc around the US. They are banned or restricted in 47 countries. They can be trained, I’ve had a couple, they are very unpredictable around people or other pets that they don’t know.
@@titanictx883 Right? SF dog owners are mostly very responsible. I would suggest this is an unusual case and it's also likely that the dogs were unaltered. At the dog parks in SF, unaltered dogs are really discouraged.
Why are you acting so surprised? This is California and the San Francisco bay area. How can you expect anyone to have common sense? What, are you a racist?
@IplaygameS2.0252 stop spreading lies lol yes I'll give you that one. Ghetto ppl buy pit bulls and think they're a kool accessory. Don't train them at all. Don't lie tho man.. animal control would "destroy" any dog that bites anyone at all
So you get bitten by two dogs multiple times, almost getting killed and neighbors reporting you as a burglar absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing and thats how you people treat others when they need help you report them and say they're burglars
@Seattle-2017 facts matter boy. In order to destroy your enemy first you have to identify it correctly. No point going after the wrong breed. American bullies were just banned in the uk
@@maddogsenglishmen8020 Look up the origin of pitbulls and you'll understand why they are a mistake; A weapon, like the Africanized honeybee. Perpetuating their existence is a cruelty.
@@BloodwyrmWildheart They are powerful animals and need to be raised responsibly. My wife stopped to save one that was running loose, dragging 10 feet of chain behind it in the nearby supermarket parking lot. It was super friendly, but so powerful it almost knocked her down. It had a huge head and and just about slobbered me to death! No rescue or shelter would take it in, but fortunately we did track down the owner and get it home.
@@VTSifuSteve "They are powerful animals and need to be raised responsibly." You misunderstand my point: They are _bioweapons._ They shouldn't be raised, they should be extinct.
Sue. My friend had 2 pits get out from a business and ripped his leg and one of his hands to pieces. It's been close to 2 years and he's still going through therapy for his hand. But, he's also about to get PAID. Get a lawyer. There's bound to be a insurance company to sue. Do some digging.
Yea, if those pit bulls belong to draymond green, you will have attorneys like Gloria Allred willing to represent you for free . Since it belongs to homeless people, attorneys will charge you minimum $1,000 a hour and they don’t care if you win or not .
@@ZakaryahGerard I think after many years of experience with these kind of dogs we have now the understanding that they are overrepresented in incidents like this in comparison to golden retriever for example. Why do we as a society have to bear this risk? This victim could have been anyone.
@@jorgemora8835 It is the owners correct, but it is also the dog too...if you have bad owners with other dogs they dont end up that way, if you have good owners with pitties they dont end up that way, but there are too many BAD OWNERS combined with pitties that is the problem.
That happened to me in the late 1980's in Seattle on my way to school, five stray dogs three large and two midsize I ran and jumped onto a car and a building overhang I was able to leap up and pull myself up ,a lady was looking out the window and saw it and called the Police department and they used their siren to make them run away,I was 14 or 15.
People tend to have a “mind your own business” mentality, and I’m not gonna lie… If I didn’t see the dogs attacking him with my own two eyes, I’d be hesitant too to help him. One wouldn’t know what is going on. Glad he’s ok.
So many people are careless with their dogs. There's a park I used to love going to since 1999. It has a 1 mile trail that at one time I could walk or run around it, not so much anymore, because now you have to deal with people's dogs, even while on a lease, certain people don't have a clue on how to properly keep their under their control. Sometimes the dogs will lunge out at you, and almost ready to break free. Then there's those, who allow their dogs to just run loose at this park, and sometimes at school track and field areas. These people need to be held accountable for their carelessness.
i had to run from a pitbull that was my size as a little kid and jump over a fence. i was running with my dog in a dog park. i never liked that kind of dog because of that trauma . i felt like i was going to die same as him. i was faster than him though i never got bitten.
The fastest little kid in the world is far slower than the slowest pitbull in the world. You've clearly exaggerated this "memory" over the years. The dog was either really far away from you or he wasn't really chasing you, because you didn't run faster than the dog.
@@jemongaming999 That's what I said. Humans aren't "most of the time slower". Humans are 100% of the time slower. Pitbulls run 30mph and the world record for a human, set by Usain Bolt, is 27.78 mph. No little kid has a chance outrunning a pitbull, so the OP is misremembering his childhood memory, which is common. Memories aren't actually direct memories of the event, but rather memories of memories. The further away the event is in the past, the more distorted it becomes.
@@jemongaming999 or the pitbull wasn't trying to chase him and he was just a terrified little kid blowing things out of of proportion. he thinks he was "faster", so i envision a scenario where a dog is half-heartedly trying to play with a little kid and the little kid runs away in fear thinking the dog was chasing him intent on mauling him.
IN L.A AN ELDERLY ASIAN GRANDMA WAS ATTACKED BY THE NEIGHBORS 3 PIT BULLS, WHEN HER HUSBAND WENT TO THE HOSPITAL HE COULDN'T EVEN RECOGNIZE HER, HER FACE WAS GONE, PIT BULLS STRIKE AGAIN. SHE DIED A FEW DAYS LATER.
So odd the 2 dogs did not attack the other man trying to get them off the victim!! There have been so many reports of serious dog maulings and even causing death, this guy was super lucky and of course anyone who could not have scaled the fence as he did would have probably died. I feel so sorry for folks living and working in the area - can you imagine having to worry about this every single time you come and go from your home or place of business??!! WTF!!??😳
I’m so sorry. That must have been terrifying! This isn’t just physical. It’s emotional as well 😢You may have gotten away because you’re a large young man but I also hope that doesn’t stop you from seeking therapy If, emotionally, you’re not doing well. sending love for a speedy recovery ❤
I always blamed the human until my brothers pit bull mauled my face completely unprovoked. My mouth was shredded beyond the bottom of my gums but was still attached. I was fortunate to end up with a plastic surgeon who was able to put it all back together in just a little over 50 stitches. Never bit anyone in the 13+ years and got him at 8 weeks old. He was part of the family. Being so unpredictable, it was difficult getting past instant fear when I encountered a dog and won’t ever fully trust any dog but do my best not to hold other dogs accountable for what happened.
You survived but what trauma! I often blame the human. You can’t breed the aggressive gene out of many dog breeds. The pit might only have one bad day but when they bite it is meant to be fatal.
@@jeanf8998 couldn’t agree with you more! He was sitting in my lap just 10 min prior then lunged up and grabbed my face. As I pulled away I felt everything come free from his teeth and hang like rubber then warmth from the blood going down my body. That’s all it was, one bite and he was normal after. In no way does this make every pit bull bad and people can feel however they want but I know how that dog was raised and how quickly things can change.
Many people are afraid because DA’s in most cities won’t prosecute. Recently, I read a Good Samaritan rolled his window down for a man, just like this guy, stabbed, drives himself to his elderly’s mother’s house, dies of stab wounds. I’m not sure if the guy stabbing people sitting in their cars driving to work, etc. was caught. Our mainstream news don’t report facts or follow a story about a criminal running amuck in neighborhoods of hard working people just trying to pay their bills. This happened a week ago. Many people are scared of getting attacked by strangers because, we do not want to prosecute people beaten and abused by parents as a child.
Can we just not have pits? I know the rescue pitties are cute, and I sympathize. But these are like war dogs. But most people could not scale that rungless fence if there was even such a fence nearby.
I ran into a couple at the hardware store selling puppies. I asked them what breed they were and they replied staffordshire terriers. They were trying to be slick and omit the name pit bulls. Took a hard pass on that one. People that step in to defend these dogs are clueless and are just waiting to be torn to shreds. These dogs really do need to be banned
“Clueless”…says the guy who’s never owned and raised any “pitbull” breed 😂 I agree with having stricter punishment and better accountability processes…but stop the hysteria lol
I have owned a pitbull lab mix once. The dog got parvo virus and survived but was never the same afterwards and bit multiple people. The half lab he was, was goofy and playful and the pit part of him had this odd trigger where he’d suddenly snap and become a dangerous dog. So yes I have owned a pitbull, sort of. I sure as hell know the lab side of him would have never done that. It’s not hysteria it’s factual data and real life experiences
@@casey896 that’s unfortunate. But to make a universal claim about “pitbulls” based on a single experience is foolish. It’s common knowledge that reliable and sufficient datasets on this matter are nonexistent; “stats don’t lie” is BS. Simply put, many dog breeds are just too much for most folks to handle. And many folks are irresponsible or just complete idiots, have no business owning dogs. And a very small minority of dogs just have a screw loose unfortunately. We just need better laws with consistent enforcement to minimize these sad occurrences.
USA becoming 3rd world - hearing these horrific incidents every day! Bless this man. He went through too much, the inhumanity of passerbys, unconscionable.
Somebody told me that Saginaw Michigan has a law requiring insurance for dog owners. She was attacked by 2 pit bulls but the owner had no insurance ( in Flint Michigan).
