Hey guys, in this video I introduce a velocity hack that many people overlook, the Pelvic Coil. The pelvic coil is introduced during different phases of pitcher's delivery depending on their leg lift style. I developed an acronym I call the CRM Theory that addresses the actions pitcher's should be performing when it comes to the pelvic coil during leg decline based on their leg lift style (more on this in the video).
