Such a great combination of soft and hard. The acoustic guitar, the falsetto wails, then the electrifying distorted hook and chorus. It’s all a metaphor for our adult lives we struggle with as every day people.

When there is real music to feel, there is no such thing as aging. Being young will always be eternity!

The first time I heard this song, I was walking on the street with friends in the middle of the night, and this song came to me from a bar which was on a second floor, instantly I felt very attracted to that sound, it was unique, different, so that bar, was on another planet and the people there were actually no people. But I was with friends going somewhere else and we kept moving, but only my body I must say. If I wondered then "where is my mind", it was in that bar. A special moment!

They still got It. The bassist did a great job as well. I find her mysteriously beautiful.

Yes the Pixies are old now but this still gave me goosebumps. I first saw them 25 years ago and then they were awesome. I guess with all live concerts you just had to be there.

Regardless of the performance being better or worse than others, this song is simply a masterpiece, ageless, and always moving. BTW, Kim was the goddess but love Paz!

I don't know why people are mocking this performance but for me this sounded absolutely perfect and just retells the story of the song in the eyes of older.

I love the Pixies. I even named my cat after them. I know there's no Kim Deal but this woman is trying her best. Black Francis does NOT look healthy. When you are healthy and feeling good you play better. He needs to get healthy and lose some weight too. It also appears they had a GREAT CROWD that was even helping them out at the end. Thats so cool. I believe they can recover from this. )

Love this version too. More subtle and low key and has a nice smooth flow to it. Love the original near manic tone to the song though and do kinda miss that. Great band regardless.

This music..something so addictive..it's a feeling the way it makes you feel..amd thein c luence it had over you. I used to listen to this back In the days as a teenager..I was SO LOst....so caught up in all this music..it only left me empty. That's what I see here. Yes the music sounds good but it's about being high I guess. I never seen the music video when young. I see a bunch of people probably on a road to he'll while listening to this all the way down...like sirens of mythology..The music is so captivating..it pulls you in and draws your mind and ♥. But you don't realize what the end is cause the music has you hooked. Maybe you don't understand but maybe if your a Christian now and you weren't then you understand what I'm saying. But then y are we here? Song is stuck in my head..husband used it as background music for a RU-vid video but didn't know what it was. Then it gets stuck in my head. Does anyone understand me? Spiritually speaking. How many people are on drugs there and what kind of dark spirits are hovering over the crowd and going through the people? Repent. And trust Jesus Christ.
