I have been waiting for the opportunity to image in LRGB for a long time and I finally got a clear night without the moon. After the first night I realized that I needed more data and I also thought about adding Ha to the mix. Then I started thinking about how on earth do I process this HaLRGB image? After a lot of research I found a workflow that I felt comfortable with, and that is the workflow that I want to share with you all today.
Data for this image: 40x60s L, 40x60s R, 40x60s G, 40x60s B, 44x300s L, 55x300s Ha
Total number of exposures 259 with a total integration time of 11 hours
Processing: PixInsight HaLRGB with LRGB stars
