Ive always loved cooking since i was 5. Im always in for new personal touches and styles. So far. no one has used the same recipe out of the 5 vids ive watched.
It's 2am and I wanted pizza really bad. Idk wtf yeast is or what it looks. Came across your video, thank you very very much! Simple and straight to the point. Subscribed!
Haha you just made my day laughing! So glad you were able to make it without yeast, honestly playing around with yeast takes longer anyway. Hope you like it :)
very simple, turned out delicious! thank you for taking the fuss out of making a simple easy pizza. my first time out following this recipe i made a chicken onion pizza, and had made the dough and baked the pizza in less time than it would take to order one, for less than $4. thanks again, great recipe.
@@SarasBites i just used yellow onions, though red onions would be awesome too. my goal lately has been to eat well, for as economically as possible. i didnt sautee them or caramelize them or anything, but they got sweet enough just in the 10-12 minutes of baking the pizza. i might do nicer onions next time. i like to start as basic as possible, and then start adding in more luxurious ingredients over time. but yeah, with very basic ingredients the pizza turned out great!! ive been doing perogies too, in those i started adding oregano to the dough. so i think next time i do one of these pizzas im going to.... ahem.... spice up [haha] the dough. and its just the best, like i said above i made the entire pizza [save for the chicken cooked and shredded ahead of time] from scratch by your recipe in under 45 minutes, which is usually how long it takes to order one!! pizza day!!!
@@chrisjackson3587 I definitely am going to try with onions next time! Sweet onions are my favorite. I’m all for spicing it up! And thank you, I’m glad you like the recipe ☺️
I have not seen a dough recipe like this before! We eat a lot of pizzas in my house so I’m definitely going to give this pizza dough recipe a try. Thanks for sharing!
Sara’s Bites I can’t find any yeast either! I thought the shortage was just in my part of the world but I guess everyone is baking at home atm! I’m even trying to make my own sourdough starter but I keep failing 😒! Oh well nothing to do but try and try again I guess! 😀
Had this last night, worked really well.. Yum but exactly how expected it to taste for bread like ingredients.. definitely a good formula for pizza dough! Thanks From Tamaki Makaurau, Aotearoa. (Auckland, New Zealand)
Nz is a beautiful place, it has become a lot of people's places to visit now that we have gained recognition along the years, I hope you get to enjoy all the beautiful scenery and attractions Aotearoa has to offer, and soon! Unfortunately after 18months of close to freedom from Covid we are now in Alert level 4! Hence turning to finding a pizza dough... My family had to have it! And yours just happened to be the recipe we come across and TUMEKE (awesome/perfect)
What are your favorite toppings on pizza? I personally LOVE mushrooms, but I did not have any on hand the day I shot this video :( 🍕🍄 Thank you all so much for watching and subscribing! 💜
I LOVE mushrooms. Black olives are good. (I dont really care for green tho). But my favorite pizza has to be buffalo chicken with ranch in place of the sauce.
@@SarasBites We used mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, sweet red peppers, jalapenos, and pineapples!😍We have been looking for the perfect pizza crust for a while now and we finally found it! Thank you for sharing this pizza recipe. ☺
I’m sorry I don’t have a video on it but here it is! Pizza sauce for 1 pizza: 1 can tomato paste 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tbsp oregano 1/4 cup water
Hi I made this for my family tonight. Bacon, cheese and caramelized onion. It came out better than Romans pizza the base is really yummy. Thank you so much for sharing. My two girls are sending you guys and kisses xoxo hashtag best pizzas they've ever had.
Its now 2024 and made the Pizza (My first ever) I had the electric oven on 400 at begining and raised it later ...to 450 degrees. It didnt crisp up so next time think ill brush the crust with oilive oil. Also, I rolled it out a little too much and it kinda had holes in it but, I simply pushed rhose mending then ..🎉 I used a 20 inch Aluminum pizza pan with holes in it. Now Im thinking which wrack is the best .. especially for electric I may raise that up next rime. Also, put more cheese and pur the basil on last 5 minutes...!! Many thanks, and hope this helps someone. P.S. It was fun to make!!! P..P.S i ysed Unbleached Flour.
I have never truly tried it with sprouted wheat flour and no yeast. I have with added yeast, but I bet it will be great! I say go for it and let me know how it turns out :)
@@leegarrett1908 for sure!! Here is what I always use but adjust the water as you make it bc some people like thick pizza sauce and some like more of a runny consistency. And some like more salt too :) Pizza sauce for 1 pizza: 1 can tomato paste 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tbsp oregano 1/4 cup water
Hi Deborah! So sorry, I haven’t had time to shoot that video yet bc my baby has kept me super busy 🙈. Here it is though: Pizza sauce for 1 pizza: 1 can tomato paste 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tbsp oregano 1/4 cup water
Hi Mary! I’ve honestly never even used a convection oven so I’m not too sure. But I did find this article that says you can do it :) yourkitchentrends.com/cooking-pizza-in-a-convection-oven/
So sorry for the late reply! Here is what I used: Pizza sauce for 1 pizza: 1 can tomato paste 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tbsp oregano 1/4 cup water I didn't make a video for it because it's so quick to make :)
You can try cream of tarter but most people don’t have that on hand (I never do honestly). Another good substitute is buttermilk with baking soda but the dough may be extra sticky. Honestly with yeast free dough, baking powder is the best option. Sorry :(
I’m sorry, I totally dropped the ball on that 🙈 Pizza sauce for 1 pizza: 1 can tomato paste 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tbsp oregano 1/4 cup water
@@SarasBites worth it. Since you came back and gave me the recipe I decided to make this for dinner. Definitely going to be trying many many more of your recipes.
@@SarasBites whoops I thought I'd said 😅 it was absolutely amazing. My son who helped me cook it said "this is the best pizza ever, like, I can taste the love its so good" 😋 so kid approved too. I think after I get more flour I'm going to be making your apple pie and bread recipes. I've never successfully made bread. Always made bricks 😆. The pizza was amazing!! Well done with the recipe and instructions.
@@JeffOnhill oh I read that as I will make it for dinner 😂. Pregnancy brain 🤦🏻♀️😂. I’m so glad you guys like it! Hope you enjoy the other recipes too, let me know how they turn out! I’m no pro by any means, just simple recipes I make at home ☺️
