The Noise boss theme: Haha! Look at The Noise! Ain't he just a fun little guy? The Doise boss theme: *The bodies were mangled beyond recognition, there were no survivors...*
Noise's counterpart is a speedy italian who has a very strong hate for him, and will gladly beat the shit out of him, but couldn't fathom properly whacking him. They're more like goofy rivals, like mario & wario. Doise's counterpart fucking kills him within seconds. I love this game.
@@owlismyfavouritecolorflame2325 If this is true, I assume Peddito died and for whatever reason wants revenge on The Doise (which is why he has no eyes and acts like a demon ghost thing that chases Doise in the Bring your Own Class mod)
Imagine being some random dude on the internet, make some random recolors from an indie game you like, then said recolors become legit characters. With a whole theme made for it and everything.
as funny as I find the Doise to be like, on an idea level, i swear he's so overused to the point you gotta wonder what would they do if Doise wasn't a thing, like the Pizza Tower community was tryna be redditors the way they ran this meme into the ground, i remember it getting a bit tired before the game came out and also I feel like they took the pizzascare like horror aspect to far, if the joke is that they're lazy recolors, make his areana like poorly traced indicative of that sorta style they went pretty bland with him, like he has a slight horror aspect from scare, but what does he really have going on for him?? his areana Is just like mutated heads and he throws rocks I guess?? I admit though seeing the doise fucking dead was satisfying I will never revive him
As they should In fact I even considered adding a one-time character to my story who’s a creepy imposter of the protagonist with a wildly different personality hired by the main villain. Definitely not as obvious of a fake as Fake Peppino but still different enough from the protagonist to make you think "Wait, that’s not May at all." Also unlike Fake Pep they’d get defeated really quickly lol
i mean yeah, imagine seeing some random guy dressing up like you. i mean i would prolly be a bit freaked out if there was a guy out there pretending to be me.
@@Elmer_266 Considering he was a bootleg OC this is most likely true. As for Fake Peppino, he's I guess Peppino's image heavily distorted and watered down by corporate stuff.
from some kid's goofy recolor to a full ass boss fight. i wonder how the dude who made the doise feels seeing his creation become immortalized in the game
As long as utube does take my comment I believe this is the first online sighting of them ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-fTaZ-0C3e7s.htmlsi=XJ8Bqra5hiEnsqJG
Fake Peppino: cloned abomination and escaped experiment, kinda Resident Evil-like. The Doise: evil doppelganger with possible cosmic horror origins. (DECEASED) Peddito: the vengeful spirit of forgotten DeviantArt recolor OCs.
the doise honestly feels more fake than fake peppino, he seems like a shallow clone of noise, like just straight up copy with no actual personality to his name
Probably because the game actively hammers in the fact that he's a recolored Noise. His boss title card is the exact same one as Noise's just with a "D" hastily slapped over the "N" and his head poorly pasted over the area where Noise's head would be. Even Noise, who's cocky towards all the other bosses just goes "who tf is this guy trying to be me" when he first sees Doise
That's probably because of the nature of the guy. Doise feels like a self-depreciative gag character that stays dead after another recolor kills him.@@geothepoly
@@LucasMiddleNameandLastname22Well considering that in the noise version of the game this is all just a movie made by the noise, his death could be fake
I just love the fact that Sauceman made an entire boss theme for someone’s fanmade palette-swap OC. That’s dedication you won’t find anywhere else in gaming.
Fun fact: when i heard doise died, instead of just beating him then getting the p rank after, i just p ranked him in my first attempt, it was hard bc of the many rocks but thanks for the medal my bro
@@GabrielGameplaySonicOFC I did both P-Rank and without wasting a bomb by getting the outfit for not wasting a bomb, resetting the fight without leaving then doing P. Only after I found out he stays dead if you re-enter the arena
*Noise goes back in* Noise: "What I thought you died!" Doise: "Oh wait you did" "thanks peddito" Peddito: "No problem, sent em' back to doom, where he belonged"
this fight was so cool and kinda freaky,, we got way more than we bargained for with the doise battle, was NOT expecting so much effort to be put into it but i loved it this song is so good btw. i love how this feels like a sonic cd us song in contrast to pumpin hot stuff sounding like a sonic cd jp/eu song. i also love the baby mario crying and pumpin hot stuff esque laughing samples (i say esque cuz they r different or at least pitch shifted in some way to sound weirder). they rlly make the doise feel like a creepy off putting weirdo rip off also the ending of the fight had me dead wit laughter. what a deep cut
The Doise is Pizzahead’s greatest creation, the perfect product of the cloning machine. In the fight’s background is a nervous system of noise’s copied essence, a stew that can endlessly create. Noise is now one of infinite, and he now faces not just himself, but the knowledge that there is nothing he can do that is truly unique. Everything he is can be made again, perfectly, without him. The Doise will never end, he will come back again and again no matter how many times you try to be the one and only. Again, and again, and… he’s dead.
@@spedur3361 Ok, true. I was just mentioning another time he went like "...wtf is that?". Also, pizza face gets flipped off so, The Doise just marks the point when Noise stops preparing his bombs. (The commenter also forgot him pointing at Pillar Johns remains and going "...wtf is that?" if you get the bad ending)
@@BFDMhat i don't think the commenter said that the doise fight was the ONLY time the "wtf" animation was used, just that the doise fight was the only one where noise didn't prepare his bombs
When the noise update came out I woke up and thought: imagine if you get to fight the doise in the noise update since it's a easy recolor. Then I got to floor 3 and was like "please be doise, please be doise" and jumped out my chair when I saw the funny blue guy. That was the most excitement I have ever had in since Steve was added to smash
keep in mind, the world of Pizza Tower runs on cartoon logic, and what is essentially a nuclear warhead couldn't even kill Pizzahead then Peddito just comes out of God knows where and instantly *murders* The Doise, like, straight up kills him (and no, refighting him isn't canon since he's still going to be a corpse during the final boss)
I like to think that it was Karma, Doise had to have done *something* to cause Peddito to chase after him, either he's a criminal cosplaying as the Noise that's also on the run, or The Doise is just one of those cartoon characters where the whole joke/gag is that he's an unoriginal recolor of Noise, which is why he's weak and can easily be killed due to not being the real thing.
What if there's a reason it sounds like There's A Bone in My Spaghetti? What if The Doise's and Peddito's cameos in Pizzascare are more than that, and have lore implications?
Considering the fact that Peddito is a vengeful spirit and The Doise canonically *dies* and doesn't come back (Yeah the whole thing might be a movie in the end but it's never implied that Doise's death wasn't real.) I like to think that Doise is someone who's not only been hastily copying Noise's brand, but apparently has done some real bad shit, like killing Peddito and maybe just some crimes, causing him to be haunted by a spirit of who used to be his best recolor friend, and cheating death just for long enough to invade The Noise's movie to try and kill him and take his place, but then he fails, leading to him getting perma-death treatment.
If anyone's wondering how, breakdance on the Doise's corpse in pizza head phase 3. It's a really cool costume (sadly your bombs don't become rocks though)
@@BFDMhat They behave differenly to bombs, it's already enough that you need to relearn how to fight with Noise without getting another weapon that in theory would be the worst alt to exist.
@@missmarshmallow5775 I don't really care. I was just stating that your bombs aren't replaced by rocks since people like me get curious about stuff like that. Rocks also, aren't really different from bombs, they're just simple sprite replacements. The only difference mechanic wise is that parrying them doesn't make them disappear. Also I don't think the bombs are that difficult unless you're doing p ranks. But your comment is fair, nonetheless. The sprite replacement doesn't really matter since it's a bit too much for a simple costume, I was just clarifying for anybody who's curious.
While fakepep's theme is a twisted version of the original pizza time, even with its own theme that goes back to pizza time- the doise's theme is his goofy attempt to make the noise theme sound original
@@jmachero5852 If you think about it this is just a movie filmed by the noise and this guy probably just broke in unscripted and noise probably just thinks it can be an "average your own clone fight" the creatures in the bg is probably just prop for scary clone plot thing, and peddito going mad is probably because the doise really just broke in with no permission
This song sounds like hot pumpin stuff if it were thrown in a spinning dryer for 10 minutes and tried to play itself while nauseated And I’m all for it
Would be interesting, although, the end of the playthrough indicates that everything that happened is a movie with Noise self inserting as the orotag. Still, it's clear the Doise wasn't in the script
my fan theory is that the BWEH BWEH BWEHs is an alarm going off, and that The Doise is one of many clones that if they try to kill someone, they get punished with death
Considering the fact Noise's run is canonically a retelling for TV by The Noise, I find it funny that he chose to add Doise specifically to kill them. I doubt they actually died during the play because of the other, more responsible people (Mostly Vigilante) present so I wonder where this puts Doise's character canonically. Unless he signed up specifically to die on screen. Was he an actor or the REAL Doise? We may never know...
I like one guy’s theory that tied in Noise’s pre-battle reaction to him (namely, being confused and pointing to him) as the fact the Doise wasn’t actually part of the movie at first and barged in.
@@fluorideinthechat7606my new headcanon is that they were planning for Peppino to be there or some crap but then this guy just busts in and does an impromptu act and everyone goes along with it since it’s a lot more interesting and then they kill him
@@Skywarslord I don't think Peppino was originally going to even appear, since in the swap mode, it's revealed that he was actually just some random dude playing as him. Besides, I doubt he would even *want* to participate. He probably got another trauma or something after all that happened in the tower Edit: Nvm I'm stupid. They could've just used a replacement for Peppino for the battle as well
The fact that in the update the devs added stuff from byoc (the doom mod) such as the doise's rocks, noise's bombs, the revolver he uses, the fact peddito kills you when using the "it's him" weapon, in the stream there was someone named the real doise, which he's also a palette with the same name it just fits pretty well. I love doise for some reason, he's a pretty blue looking fella which is just a recolor of noise made by a kid AND HE EVEN GOT A BOOTLEG PLUSH and i always plays as him in the byoc mod, i believe in doise supermacy even tho he's dead ingame-
@@tjautomatin4145 Im not that serious tho, not everyone has the same thinking and I understand yours, but I am a Sonic CD fan yes and I think impasta syndrome being the US ver makes more sense
Neither Peppino’s infinite rage or the Noise’s nuclear bomb could kill anybody off for good, but peddito killed the Doise with relative ease. I hate to imagine what he did to that poor guy…
Apparently, Peddito asphyxiated him. What happened to Peddito is a little harder to answer (yes, he's canonically dead.) Given that he snaps his neck right before Doise dies in the DOOM mod, and it is stated that Doise did something horrible to be sent to hell, I think Doise might have broken Peddito's neck. The HIM picture shows them as friends until use, when Peddito's face is crossed out. Sad, really.
So sad how their strong bond formed during DOOM (ancient aliens) (BYOC) (pre update stream) was tarnished and wrecked….where was homer when we needed him? Where was “el diego?” and what of Maurice? All these questions and no Doise to answer😢
"Hey wouldn't it be cool if we added Pizelle as the boss fight?" [does even the littlest bit of research into Sugary Spire] "Doise. We're going with The Doise."
@@Bladehound83 A lot of people on the team quit and are acting in ways consistent to "I love the project and want it to succeed but the owner has some serious baggage behind them that I can't reconcile" The people who replaced them were... questionable.
