You can have your cheat days of course, being on a diet doesnt mean you cant enjoy of other meals, its just eating with precaution, consciously eating, im so glad of your journey Tim, you are doing amazing
i’m not feeling too well physically so this really helps, especially when i have work and cannot take time off to rest (i’m not sick, just worked out too hard and have weird health thing where my body’s hurting more than usual and ankle is swollen but won’t go down!! ). i love your videos and how genuine you are.l, very comforting. also this pizza looks so good i’m jealous !!
