In this vlog, we're going to show you one of our favourite places to visit in Dorset: Lyme Regis!
Whenever we have friends or family come stay with us, we always try to add a stop to this beautiful seaside town. It's such a quaint and fun place to spend an afternoon, is dog friendly and offers lots of kid friendly activities too; fossil hunting, swimming and eating ice cream outside of the vibrant beach huts that line the beach walkway.

When my cousin Chad and his partner Kathy planned a visit to see us this March, we knew we would want to take them here to show them around on one of our favourite days out in Dorset. A stop for a vegan meal and gluten free cream tea at the Bell Cliff was a must, alongside a quick tour through the most eccentric and magical bookshop you'll ever lay your eyes on "the sanctuary bookshop" and a stroll along the seafront!
If you're planning a trip to Dorset and have time to make a trip to Lyme Regis, you simply must! But do make sure you arrive early, with plenty of time to snap up a parking space - or plan to take public transit to avoid the chaos.
