Plain Bob Doubles and Little Bob Minor at Clowne, Derbyshire 

Clowne bells had been silent for many years, due to there being an anti-ringing vicar and him turning the ringing room into an informal room for the "BIG" club or something. But that's all changed with the new vicar, and the bells are silent no more! The Chesterfield District of the Derby Diocesan Association took full advantage of this and arranged a meeting there for the whole district. It was well attended, and the two methods were filmed towards the end of the meeting, the Little Bob in the ringing chamber being the very last touch and by my own request (see what I do for you lot? I've done more than that these past couple of days to be able to bring you a special trio of towers soon!).
The bells are average, don't go very well but that does correlate with the lack of attention they've had for the last few years. Hopefully some minor work will be done soon, as that's all that's needed to improve them for now, and stop them being as lumpy as school mashed potato.
