Gosh, I didn’t even think about how a Monday-Sunday view makes more sense. I’m super new to planning and I love how this layout looks. You’re right we should have that option when buying our planners. That would be awesome.
I am new to your channel and REALLY appreciate seeing you do these set-ups in real time. It helps me to see you make choices and sometimes change your mind. I sometimes feel like I need to be “perfect” with my first ideas or just “deal with it” if I don’t like something. And, in January, I’m thinking of volunteering or doing some work on creating a stroke group for young people around my age (27) bc it’s definitely an undeserved group. And I want to spread awareness somehow about how each phase of my recovery has been so different at each step/stage. And struggles not many people have told me about or to be aware of. I still have about 9-10 months of my “expected recovery time” for what my neurologist said I might have a full recovery in 2 years. We’re already 1 & few months down so far. So, I’m working on brain training 🧠 and puzzles 🧩, etc. I have so many things I want to accomplish this year & can’t wait for more blessings & personal growth!
I recoiled my 2020 Life Planner to include notes pages from a 2020 Monthly Deluxe. I had a Life Planner and a budget planner and I wanted it all in one. So now there are two or three note pages after the last week of each month to include my budget stickers and data. All that just to say...recoiling wasn’t too much of a task and I’m glad to have a custom planner that works for me! 🥳 I’m happy to have discovered you in 2019, and I’m looking forward to following you in 2020! I usually give it a few tries when testing something new. The shock of change is always hard right at the beginning. But sometimes, you just know if something isn't working. I agree, I would love if I could choose a Monday start Erin Condren.
On the monthly view, I use the national holidays as an opportunity to use a big, beautiful sticker lol - basically no room to write anything in it 😆. I have almost finished setting up my petite folio.... you are right, the paper quality is so nice in them. I love the color scheme you used for January. Happy New Year, it’s 2020! ✨
You are so relatable! I really like the fact that we are all figuring it out as we try it. Welcome back to the hourly layout. It's my home also. I tested a vertical in a inexpensive one because I suspected we were not meant to be and we weren't - lol. I use that dashboard habit box to show my % of success at the end of the month. I use a half box and title it - and love writing 100% in there! I track washing my face each night too. Happy New Year and a prosperous one to everyone!!!
The gold coil is so pretty! Oh my goodness so I was going to try a vertical weekly planner and I couldn’t do it lol. I gifted that planner to a friend and got myself a horizontal weekly planner for 2020 right before the new year started.
love this video! Anxiously waiting for my petite planner and folio to get here (supposedly tomorrow) so January will include getting used to a new planning system, simplifying my kitchen and meal plan system, and more family walks.

I went with a big hourly happy planner this year because the classic hourly there wasn’t enough space for me. But I feel like it’s to much space if that’s a thing🤣. And I love stickers and can’t find any to fit. Nice spread
So in being more consistent in watching your videos the past 6mos, I’ve realized so much I wanna try like re-dating my months; or using more stickers in my weeks. But then I have so much preplanned with pen in my 2020 planner that I think that come July when I get a 2021, I’ll work at making the changes I want lol. 😂 thanks for all that you do!
Very new to planning and I’ve watched a few of your videos to help me get started. Love that you keep it simple for the most part! I’m nervous to order stickers because I feel I may go overboard on them. Which shop do you recommend starting with for a newbie? I saw you use a few different ones. Hi Julie! I have been in a travelers notebook for a few years now and this year I'm switching back to Erin Condren, to try and simplify as much as possible this year. BUT I didn't realize the months had a Sunday start! Grrr! That is VERY frustrating! I know it's not the end of the world but my brain doesn't work that way.😂 I really enjoyed this video. Thank you!

I just started a cash envelope system this year of 2020..I'm a full time ebay reseller and mom of 4..All of hubby's pay go towards Bills..Not kidding either when I say all...He makes great money but Bills arent cheap...His car will be paid off soon thankfully..We bought it one year ago and all ready will have it paid off soon..All my money is going towards cash envelopes, savings and emergencys.. we have 33k in debt not including mortgage but remember car will be paid off soon and hopefully credit cards at tax time...Do you think this would make for great RU-vid videos?
I LOVE the cover!! I got mine & my daughters on Black Friday & didn’t see it! I actually think it would be cool to have the year on the covers of all of my EC’s. (I have them since ‘14 or ‘15. I change out the cover for holidays & such, but when the year ends it would be great to have the year on the cover.
Hi! This is the first video of yours that I've watched. I really like the idea of "Fri, Sat and Sun" as well. Although my brain doesn't naturally go there, it makes more sense to me on paper than the other way. Also, I got an hourly planner insert this year. I hope to find information on how to best use that as well.
I need stickers for my new planner. I am creating decorative monthly spread layouts. I need relevant stickers for the activities and events that I have already done or plan to do. I want them to look pretty. I have functional stickers. Things like going to the movies, drinks and meals out, dance classes, work projects, wellbeing events (so spa stickers would be good), birthdays and a memorial anniversary (angel wings would work). I'm from the UK but I can buy stickers online especially from Amazon. Please advise me

I’ve had an EC for 6 years now. I’ve never realized til you pointed it out, that the monthly starts on Sunday but the weekly starts on Monday!! Not very well thought out by EC.

I recently purchased the petite planner system. i think it will be perfect for all my planning needs. for the last few months i have been setting a goal on starting to budget, It is my husband and I have 3 daughters and we are honestly tired of living paycheck to paycheck and want to start the new year, new decade on the right foot. I purchased a monthly petite book to customize it to become my budget planner. Would you happen on recommending a good or a few good youtubers that use a petite monthly planner as there budget planner. I didn't purchase the actual petite budget book, so that i could customize it more to suite my lifestyle. I take all your recommendations because since i have started following you, there has not been one recommendation that you have given that hasn't let me down. I even purchased the kenneth cole backpack you recommended and OMGGGGG i don't think i will use another backpack ever again lol lol.
Great video as always! I am surprised that the EC stickers lifted. Mine no longer are removable. Once down they wont budge. :( Not sure why as all EC stickers have always been removable.
I keep getting confused with the old EC monthly colors and the new ones. I think February changed colors from maroon to more of a pink but most of the other months didn’t change. Do you know if there is a link for the what the new colors are versus the old ones.
