Let's plan for a new month together in Notion! Today I'm going over my process for my monthly reviews in order to reset and prepare for March. :)

Hi Wesley. I'm fairly new to your channel, and I came across your Notion beginner friendly setup and ultimate guide 2023 videos. I must say I LOVE how you walk through your process and it's laidback, chill. INFP here haha. I love your Notion content (and all your other content, too)! I discovered PPV through you and it has honestly changed my life for the better, so thank you! I've moved my book notes and general notes over to Obsidian, because the writing experience is way nicer imo, and you can link notes and ideas in a more natural way - but I have kept everything else in Notion and have been loving it. I'm wondering what you think of the new NotionAI feature? I was in the beta for it but I don't think I'm going to pay for it.. Also if you haven't tried Obsidian I highly recommend, it's free and it scratches that organisation & customisation itch for me so I think you may find it fun too :) Also I really enjoy the way you edit your videos - there's just something really satisfying about it 😂

I've gone back and forth about obsidian for so long but always stop bc what I have in notion works for me and I don't want to add something for the sake of it lol but maybe one day!

@@minitraveladventures4us Ah! Gotcha. After I published my template I rearranged my goals section to look like Anna Levkovsky's goal setting dashboard. Everything is still linked the same way, I've just added different names: dreams = objectives, projects = project goals, goals = key results. Hope that helps :)

I really like this video, but this one is a bit advanced for me. I do look to getting my notion to a place where it's this advanced, but right now I am a beginner who loves to read, write, and stay organized.

Thanks for this video! I was going to comment on the other one of yours (the "main overall system" video) to ask if you could do one video focused on how you do your reviews and I stumbled across this new video that you released so thank you!! 😀I'm wondering how you then do your quarterly / mid-year / yearly reviews based on the monthly that you do, like do you have the same outline of things to review? To which extent do you go into detail? Manifesting an incredible month for you too!! 😊✨

Accomplishments/disappointments go into a running database so I keep bigger stuff there (i.e., a YT subscriber milestone). Small things like "worked out everyday" would be more of a win

Project progress is by tasks completed, goals project is whatever number I want :)

Hi! Just purchased the template and am so excited to dive in and customize it. I hope that you are able to put out more videos and walk through each area because there is just so much to learn but loving what you've created so far. Thank you for sharing it with us! I do have one question about the habits and routines page. Yours in this video looks different than the template. First it follows wesley's world / alignment / habits but when I click habits from alignment it no longer nests and just opens up from my main page. I don't see the home, objectives, project goals, key results, habits etc on the template either. Is that new? Also, love the way these are prioritized so that you can introduce them slowly but don't quite understand how to do that from the template as is. Thanks!

I'm experimenting with a new format for my alignment section (as shown in this video), but the template still has my old format. That one worked for me for over a year and is a little simpler in layout so much better for beginners. Everything is still connected in the same way via the same relations, I've just changed the aesthetic and titles of each section (project goals = projects, key results = goals, dreams = objectives, etc.). Hope that helps!
