Joe Gibson of ‪@Plan9Crunch‬ reads an excerpt from Mary Shelley's famous work Frankenstein. Specifically, this is the 1831 version, better known than the earlier 1818 original. The differences in edition are not too relevant for this selection though. Alongside reading the clip, we comment on how different the book actually is compared to its later adaptations, most especially in The Monster's characterization.
