Its awesome that you can recall ur truck to the hub at any point with all the loot in it, so if its too time consuming to get it out of a tight spot u can always teleport it back home xd
Hey there. Not sure if you have seen it yet, but there is a screen where you build the vehicle that calls your vehicle back to the base without having to drive it all the way back. You can leave it anywhere and it will come back automatically with all storage as well.
I haven't tested it yet, but I assume you can build a vehicle station anywhere and automatically call the vehicle to any station in the map. Your base is coming out so well.Love watching and I have to check out some other games you have going.
The little red button on the back below the storage allows you to pick up the rover, so as long as the inventory is empty you can pick it up and take it to where you need to. I use it only once my inventory is full, then deploy it and use it from there. Then once it's full you can leave it there, head back and use the vehicle station to summon it back to your base.
Base is becoming ever more orderly; Terraforming progressing well. Yet more things to see. Above all, @Surtr, you more than double your looting capacity taking the car ... and still end up having to leave things behind! 😂
There's just been an update to the Planet Humble DLC, and I don't know if you seen it yet. But part of it is they added 23 "Starform Crates". Spoiler to follow. . . . Spoiler: They are Humble's equivalent of the golden chests from Planet Prime.
I've been through the lava caves so many times and I did not see that pulsar deposit. Just the one by the waterfall and I was getting frustrated as I need more for a drone station. I need to scourer those caves again. Thanks.
When you update the game there will be a large smugglers' rocket on the rock place where all the osmium and super alloy are. This isn't spoiling anything because the version in this video is out of date XD. I think I'm too far into this save to start again ;D Thank you for this episode
The caves are beautiful. It reminds me of the caves in Subnautica. Those super vibrant and different environments, plus in Subnautica theres also a big tree that hosts larva.
I actually love the concept of ore crushers. With tier 3 and adding drones to the mix, it'll go through them rather quickly, especially if you are making the rods on site
Tip: As you near the end game look for green storage crates labeled Starform. These replace the golden crates and have the effegies. Don't know for sure if they are end game or came with today's patch. Found 3 so far, one should be very near your base.
I'm at 60 GTi and to start the play for the day, unlocked teleporter and placed out extractors T2 (and TP) at needed resources. Able to place some extractors so close to each other that save some TP's. 3 are close enough to base so wait with them. I still wish Crushers could have a filter for what to output. Also at the original game I had an efficient setup, not sure if the crusher system will save much drone traffic, since they mostly transported rods long distance to fill up storage when needed. With crushers you can not control the amount of ores, so might get unneeded surplus of some materials. The car I rarely drive, rather have them in the pocket and pull out one for O2, then another for storage and recall it at base, jetpack is faster and more agile. Now need no O2 anymore (except if swimming), so really not much use for one, since now just put down a temp TP if need food or O2 or stuff transport. Still areas to explore, when have a lot to do.
Breathable oxygen! All of the changes to the ecology are exciting, but getting rid of that ever-present timer is how I feel I've REALLY made it when I play (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
The one challenging aspect is that your can’t mine Iridium or Uranium directly. You have to get those via Uraninite grinding. Also getting the trade rocket is a pain, at least it was for me. Automating the pulsar quartz creation is more difficult to optimize
I'm curious if they re-balanced the Blue chests and / or changed the randomizer / timers on them. I've reached the level where I need plastic and more advanced items, but they still seem to have not unlocked in any of the blue chests I've found.
i watched various channels play this game and i have to say i really appreciate your editing skills - a wee tiny bit too fast for me but very smooth :)
Huh, you did have three Plants rockets. I take back my previous comment! Ooh, you do get the space trading rocket in this game? (Not sure why it got renamed.) Excellent driving skills on your part. Although the incubator only shows one common larva recipe all six are unlocked (you get one at random). Except for the T2 biodome (which is now no longer your best oxygen provider anyway), you can always check for fuse optimisation by reading the production tooltip on the machine in question.
Ohh you have forgotten that you can transport the Buggi in your backpack, and when it is filled you can leve it at call it back at the station...so much easier than what you did!!!
the progression is great, I've so much to do. Yesterday made and pimped my ride. Far enough along to start looking at the ships and then start the rebuild of my base. Not related to this video are you going to do a new play though of Eden Crafters as the Early Access version launches today (16th Oct)
I had to make 2 ore crushers, one for Uraninite, and one for Bauxite, Has anyone tried the portal generator, I'm not sure if I should try to get all the stuff, mainly the energy fuses.
