Really helpful tutorial, thank you! I struggled with this exact technique in Arnold for quite a white, and ultimately ended up adding it in post. Using the 3D circular gradient to map density is brilliant, will have have to give that a shot. Would still, selfishly, love to see more tutorials on that and/or any other volume techniques using Arnold. It's super powerful, especially considering R20s volume generators, but the documentation/tutorials are few and far between. Would love to see techniques for creating clouds using R20 + Arnold, for example - I bet we could compete with Houdini on that front.
