Planned Parenthood debate heats up

Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood sat before congress during a several hour testimony. House Republicans are seeking to defund Planned Parenthood so that they may investigate the possibility that federal funds are used to administer abortions. Richards is defending the rights of Planned Parenthood to offer care to millions of Americans.
