My daughter is getting married in the middle of august too! - I don’t remember being this stressed when I got married nearly 29 years ago! 🙈 - It’s no wonder that weddings take 2 years to plan now, it seemed slightly easier all these years ago, not to mention the cost too! - Think I’d run away if it was me now, although happy to say we are still married 😊 - Tip…the first twenty odd years are the hardest 😂 - Well…we are all on the countdown now and like yourselves things are coming together but I still need to order a truck load of tissues! - Your shoes are lovely Elle 😊 - I’m still undecided whether flats or blocked heels is best or both as haven’t worn heels for years! - All the best for your big day guys! I think you should go with the pearls Ell, they'll tie your whole look together beautifully. Fabulous idea to put together the activity pouches for the younger guests. Big occasions like weddings can get a bit boring for them when all the grown ups are talking and enjoying themselves x

That was actually one of my favorite videos in a while. ELL, you are so talented and use your imagination and your and Fab’s wedding is going to be so beautiful. So exciting and thank you for sharing your wedding prep. I would say option 2 for jewelry but when I saw your shoes I changed to option 1. Ellen your shoes are stunning. I got married in April 2022 at the wedding venue you are getting married at. Your wedding is going to be beautiful and you are going to have the most magical day. The venue staff and food are incredible. We also only picked one thing we tasted and everyone couldn’t rate the food more. Xx

You will both have such a beautiful day, you’ve done a great job with everything so far. I had the wooden centre pieces with the jam jars and the same flowers and they looked stunning and gorgeous in photographs. Also just an idea (I also went for cheaper but gorgeous shoes) and I ordered some shoe decals for the bottom and also on my partners and our photographer got some gorgeous pics while we were getting ready of our shoes in front of the flowers with the lovely decals showing. We got married 4 years ago this August and seeing your prep is making me wish I could do it all over again 💞

Ell I did a lot of little bits on our wedding day to save money also, it’s was 25 years ago in October 🥳🤪🩷So my advice is don’t stress about all the fine details it will come together, I stressed so much I woke up so sick the next day, take vitamins C and you’ll be good as Gold!!! I'm excited for you both 🤗 I can't wait to see your wedding video ❤ I can honestly say that my wedding was the worst one I've ever been to. It was a very unhappy marriage and relationship, for me, and I only went ahead with it because of the children we had and I tried very hard for many years to make it work because I was determined to have a stable, two parent family for our children. After twelve years I admitted defeat and had to leave with the children. I've told you before about me bringing them up entirely alone as he abandoned the children and emigrated without telling them to avoid paying child maintenance. What I'm trying to say, my god I can talk for England lol, is that although I've chosen to remain single all these years because the kids come first, I am a romantic at heart and I can't tell you two how much I enjoy seeing the genuine love, deep love, you both have for each other. It warms my heart. I love seeing how a loving couple are because I've never had that. I was vulnerable back then when I got together with my ex husband. I was pushed into it by a parent. So to see true love and happiness is so wonderful for me and I want to thank you both for that. I'm happy now, I have my children. Three have flown the nest and are adults. The two eldest live together about an hour away. I think it's so lovely that they've chosen to flat share, they are all very close. The third lives with her girlfriend, actually they're engaged now. I bought them tickets to see Harry Styles at Wembley about ten days ago and a couple of nights at a hotel as a 21st birthday present for my daughter and they had THE best time ever. That makes me very happy 😊 ❤ Then I have my two younger boys at home ❤ So I'm good 👍 Thank you both for making me smile and showing me that love and happiness is possible and I'm so very happy for you 💗 💓 ❤

Why am I crying 😭 I am going to be an ugly mess watching the actual wedding vlog 😂 it's going to be so beautiful. My advice to you is a one I was told on my wedding day. When everyone is dancing and enjoying themselves, find a dark corner and just stand and watch for a moment it's the best advice I was giving. The day goes by so fast you forget bits but I promise you this moment you with remember forever ❤️

You could add soap bubbles to the childrens entertainment bags. Kids love soap bubbles and they would look so beautifully when floating in the Air 🫧🫧 especially in pictures

In your vases use distilled water as it is clear and tap water can have pieces floating. The other option is bottles of soda water. Does your venu allow candles on the floor ? Your ideas a beautiful. Looking forward to seeing video snipits
