Recipe for Cashew Feta Cheese (credit www.NoraCooks.com)
1.5 cup raw cashews
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup brine from jar of green olives
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp white vinegar
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp agar agar powder
1. Choose a small mold (bowl, baking dish, etc.) and lightly oil it.
2. Bring 3 cups of water to boil and pour over cashews. Soak for 5 minutes.
3. Drain and discard water.
4. Add cashews, 3/4 cup fresh water and everything else EXCEPT agar agar powder to a high speed blender.
5. Blend until smooth
6. Add agar agar powder to blender and incorporate
7. Transfer to a small pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to simmer.
8. Cook for about 2 minutes and it will thicken. Once it does, remove from heat and pour into a mold.
9. Let it cool for about 10-15 minutes, then transfer to fridge and let it set at least 3 hours. (Ideally overnight).
10. Remove from mold and cut into cubes. Will be semi soft and slightly spreadable. Can also slice and crumble. In my video I tossed it with olive oil and zaatar seasoning.

We have the exact same story! I found out I had fibroids 11 yrs ago and that is when I switched to plant eating. The best decision for my health 🙏🏾

Congratulations to you for taking care of your womb and starting the journey. No, I don’t take any supplements at the moment because my body hasn’t given me any indicator that it’s deficient. I think eating a wide range of whole natural foods plant based ingredients helps because when one eats the variety of God’s Garden you generally receive all the nutrients you need. The best way to determine is to have blood work done to find out if you are deficient in anything and base your supplement regimen (if any) on that.

I was able to shrink them significantly to the point where there were no symptoms. As far as how long it took, I’m not sure 🤔 because my doctor appointment was a year a part. But within that year I noticed my symptoms fading considerably. The best answer I can give is that it takes as long as you are consistent.

I have. 5*4 cm fibroid. I quit dairy and meat. But still eat fish is that also need to Stop?

It depends on how it’s affecting your body? If you’re eating farm raised fish, they are known to be fed a grain diet and also growth hormones to speed up their development. When you eat that, you also consume the grain and growth hormones. If you are eating wild caught fish and you find that your womb isn’t being affected, then I wouldn’t worry too much about it. As with anything you should be testing / measuring the effects of what you eat on your womb!

My symptoms are gone and some of them have disappeared and others have reduced by 75%. It’s important to get regular ultrasounds so you can see the progress that you’re making.

You’re right, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Ovarian Cyst Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
