So i found your channel thanksgiving, 2021 when my adult daughter came back home and announced that she was vegan, which meant we would not be having turkey she said she did not eat eggs or dairy. I was googling your recipes and many others as well. Cooking for 12 hours on Thanksgiving day trying to provide a plant-based dinner for this child. It’s 2023 and both of us are plant-based I’m more raw than she is, but I still use your recipes to make dishes for her when she comes home to visit I want to say congratulations to you as well deserved your recipes are well thought out I can see the spirit of the Lord in you you have a quiet soul here’s to the next 100,000 subscribers God bless
I’m a senior whose been trying to do better with plant based. Of course as we “season” our bodies change and more breakdown of the body naturally occurs. The literature, peer reviewed and scholarly information has confirmed the plant based diet is absolutely the key to long life. I’ve been watching you a couple of years and subscribed of course. I love how your journey with God has been enhanced! Knowing and following His word and statutes gives us a head start so much of living experiences. Glad you are moving in that direction and blossoming as well! I do like pretty much your simple recipes. I do have to also watch the salt in some of the dairy frees like cheeses and dairy frees creamers that have a kit if sugar! Lots of your breakfast meals are now my staples. I don't know if anyone has mentioned this but I usually do half a bottle of kombucha and fill the rest of the glass with soda water! Just makes the drink go further and I like the taste of it diluted a bit 😊

I definitely tried the butternut squash soup and it was soo GOOD !! I did it with a twist though; I used frozen diced butternut squash and then left some pieces unblended so that I could have whole pieces in the soup. I did the same thing with the beans so that I could have some beans whole in the soup as well. I also added broccoli and chickpeas. It was soo good 😁👐🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾!!

Congratulations on 100k. Just an FYI if you're trying to avoid alcohol, non alcoholic wine still has alcohol. I found that out when I was abstaining. But I love your content.

You should have took out the seeds and seasoned and roasted them to use in your salad. 😉😊 or you could have topped them in your soup as well.😃 Yummy all looks yummy.

I noticed you have not use the air fryer in a good while. Have you given up using it to prepare especially tofu or is it that you prefer using the oven.
Hey hey! I actually used the airfryer for the tofu in the salad I had. I just didn't show that since it was prepped ahead. I still use it quite often but if Im cooking a large batch of tofu sometimes it's easier to use the oven since there's more space.
