Really liked that point from Derek, about eating a plant based diet is not restrictive in the way that some people see it as, and how diet related health problems are a massive restriction.

Thanks for the interview. I appreciate the honest conversation about nutrition. Simnett nutrition is the biggest influence on my diet currently, he has so many good insights into making healthy food something I want to eat.
