I have tried both the plant and whey protein and in my experience they do have subtle differences in how it makes my body feel. I've put a review on my RU-vid channel going into the details of how they both work on my body so it might help others who want more perspective on the two! But I must say they both work great on my body!
(Whey) must be a complete protein due to having egg in the ingredients. Eggs have all the essential amino acids is why it's complete. (Plant) on the other hand per Tony is a good source too. If you are lactose or have a severe egg allergy as we have in our family this is a great choice. 🌻
There’s something wrong with your discount link. It shows one jar for $70. But earlier I was on their site and it’s for $49.99 with a regular discount.
Hi there! Plants do not produce estrogen or testosterone, the closest thing they produce is phytosterols. These compounds have a somewhat similar structure to some of the estradiols produced by the human body. Pea protein, the kind we use in our Plant Protein, does contain a small amount of phytoestrogen similar to many other bean, grain and fruit sources people consume.
