I got very curious to check what plantain bread taste like, especially because I love banana bread. In Brazil we eat lot of plantain too. I like them fried with cinnamon and sugar as well as a mashed plantain with smoked pork meat!!

In the absence of youghurt, what else can work?

Can you substitute the yogurt?

If you add yogurt you don't need baking powder but baking soda, it does the same effect.
