Well it looks pretty slick! Nice video! We had that dual screen problem in kde4 too. Well I'm on Gentoo but using xfce4 and would not go back to kde. (*_*)
Plasma 5 is actually a pretty smooth experience, at least, in my experience. Recently installed Debian sid with XFCE in a dual boot with Windows, but I would love to trash Windows entirely, but I can't because of my huge ass game collection I don't want to ditch without feeling like I'm wasting a lot of money.
+KomputerKid Right tool for the job mate... Linux is getting there but can't replace a Windows machine for gaming (yet) Fortunately, I have no games that I feel the need to play on Windows anymore... there was Usf4ae, but Sf5 is being ported to Linux so I'll wait for that :)
Linux4UnMe I'm still waiting for GTA V for Linux ;) But in all seriousness, if it weren't for GTA V, and a few other games (namely Fallout 4 and Just Cause 2) I would be using Linux full time. Windows is becoming terrible. Sucks that I have to use all of these hacks to gain maybe 1/4th of privacy, and install classic shell to get a usable UI.
I'm sorry to trouble you Sir, but I am having a bit of difficulty with this video. It is not only you, but many of those who give information about Linux based operating systems seem to have forgotten that many of us aren't as informed or confident in computers as they are. I would have liked a step by step guide on how to do the fix. I don't even know how to open the screen with which you used to change the entries. I assure you I am not one of those trolls that picks fights, but a bit more information will be deeply appreciated. Be Safe.
I'm going to start hunting for a new DE. Plasma 5 is not ready for me. It is lacking what need from it so. Which sucks because I've been a KDE guy since 3.5. When 4 came out I had to settle but never really cared for the offerings at the time. Played with e-17 for a bit and ended up using fluxbox till KDE got their act together. So for now maybe LXQT or Deepin.
+FeelItRising It ended up being either the wobbly or opacity effect causing this... funny enough since disabling them and re enabling them, the problem has gone away. o_0
