The Plastic Box Washing Machine removes juice, peel and soil from the blueberry box, ensuring the blueberries are transported in a hygienic environment.
The machine requires only one person to operate, the washing capacity can reach 200 boxes per hour, with the water passing through the filter and returning to the tank for recycling.
We applied blueberries to the surface of the box and waited 3 hours for it to dry before using the machine to test the cleaning effect. And the test results showed that almost all blueberry juice and peel were removed from the box.
