It's an old school AMT tool. One of my first. One of my favorite kits. I'll be watching

63 split window vette looks nice. I've never used the compound Applicator before. I do use the Compound both Fine and Finish. It's like Simoniz for scale models. It's great if you have a thick paint layer but will remove the top layer since you see slight color pigment when your wiping the compound off.

Out of the Corvette lineup that is the one I like the most, can wait to see how she turns out.👍

That kit should build without a lot of difficulty. It is a simple straightforward kit, and should make a good “box stock” build. Thanks for sharing.

The 63 Vette is a great car but the AMT kit was always a bit light. Wow!! Crazy price for that paint. Uhmm good luck. Naw, you'll be alright. Don't let that price change the way you spray. You'll be fine. Keep On Buildin' On. Paul

It's a very bland kit detail wise. But I built it anyway because I love that body style. Where the heck did he buy that paint....wow
