The purpose of the Plate Bearing Tester AX® 01 is to determine load-settlement curves of soils and sub-bases. The obtained load-settlement curves enable the user to evaluate deformability and load-bearing capacity.
The electronic of the AX® 01 determines automatically the needed indicators by means of the measuring results:
- strain modulus Ev, Me or Md
- and modulus of subgrade reaction ks for road contruction
