This video is one in a series of videos Product Manager Infantry Combat Equipment, or PdM ICE, has developed to educate Marines about the proper form, fit, function, use and care of infantry combat equipment. This video features the Plate Carrier vest. The PC is the newest vest system fielded to Marines, providing them a lighter, cooler and less restrictive vest option than the Improved Modular Tactical Vest, fielded by Marine Corps Systems Command in 2011.
